STORY DESCRIPTION:

LIFE WASN'T always the best for Skylar Phoenix Grey. Her father had died from a car crash, and her mother had been put in jail for getting caught with drugs. Her aunt was forced to take her in, but she gladly did it with open arms. Jessamine Grey was one of the kindest residents that lived in Forks. She helped around with the community whenever she could, but that wasn't the true reason why she was there. Jessamine was a hunter, someone that hunted those of the Supernatural. But unlike most hunters, Jessamine knew of the Vampires that resided in Forks, as well as the Wolves that were in La Push. She knew everything there was to know about the supernatural, Skylar however, did not.

Skylar could care less about what went on around her. All she cared about was finishing her Stephen King books and then restarting the process all over again because she had nothing better to do with her life and had yet to buy herself any new books. Forks was a small and rainy town, Skylar was a small and indoorsy person. The two were perfect for each other.

She moves in a month before the new girl, Bella Swan, moves in, giving her a head start on who the mysterious Cullen's were and why they seemed so interested in her. Especially a certain blonde Hale that couldn't keep himself away from Skylar no matter how hard he tried. But of course, when Jessamine warns Skylar about the Cullen's, she can't help but be curious as to why.

And when she discovers secrets that she was one-hundred percent positive she wasn't supposed to find out about, let's just say her life starts to go downhill from there. And it only seems to grow worse when she finds herself falling for the one thing she was supposed to hunt. Their love story was a tragedy from the start, and the opposite of the romance novels. I guess it was a good thing Skylar hated romance novels anyways.

━︎Sky is a part of me and whoever gets this is going to be someone I believe will give this plot as well as Skylar justice.

━︎Skylar's mother (Nicole Grey) became a drug addict after her father (Oliver Grey) died in a fatal car accident with a tractor trailer truck.

━︎The first part of this story should be AU and taken place a few months before Twilight. If you don't want to go into the movies, that's cool too.

━︎Skylar is sorta like "fuck everyone and everything". She spends most of her time reading.

━︎Skylar is a hunter like her aunt, and whenever she's around the Cullens she has a weird a feeling and she has flames erupt into her stomach like she was supposed to be doing something.

━︎Her aunt IS A MAIN CHARACTER IN THIS STORY!! Do NOT make her just a side character! If you go into the movies, I would like for her aunt to join in on the fight in Eclipse and possibly Breaking Dawn.

━︎When she doesn't become a hunter, Skylar gains fast speed and strength. She has much better reflexes, and her aunt is the one that trains/teaches her everything there is to know about hunting.

━︎Jasper and Skylar should have a slow burn relationship! Skylar isn't really one for couple shit and romance stuff, she just likes to relax, watch movies and read.
