Dream on, little dreamer // Shinso, deku, bakugou, Aizawa and hawks: shindeku

Time: stuck in the past

"Hay kid?" Hawks asks quietly sitting against the closed door. His voice is soft and soothing almost afraid it would break something.

No response, the ash blond man sighs. "I know what day it is. I'm here for you kid. I wouldn't be a good guardian if I wasn't." He tries again he didn't expect a response but it still worried him. On days like these there's never a verbal response except a few sniffs or a sob. In fact Izuku plugs his ears sometimes just to make sure.

Hawks looked down at his feet it's not uncommon but it still hurts him since he can't help. Izuku is very wary of what he tells about his past and that's on a good day. The cryptic responses unhelpful as ever seem to be the only thing he replies with. His eyes however, hawks shivers at the thought.

His eyes those big green eyes, hold the world and more. His eyes communicate with everyone that can see them. They tell of a past locked deep in his mind. The pain and trauma his still young body keeps hidden away. Bursting to get out yet he never speaks.

And that links us back to today.  Today is one of Izuku's bad days. The kind of days that consist of flash backs, trauma and who Izuku calls him haunting and scaring him for a whole 24 hours. Nothing more nothing less. It's alway just twenty four hours.

On the dot. It's creepy to everyone else at how exactly the time is. And how Izuku pretends nothing happens once he's free. A lot of things happen. All as strange as the first.

For example a second strange is that is he blocks his ears it's only temporarily but he consciously makes himself def to the world. He never speaks and never hears. To him on these days hearing is the end game. For whatever reason he refuses to hear anything and anyone no matter how inconvenient it is.

He only does it for said 24 hours and he won't tell anyone why he does it. All he says is "he'll hear everything." So instead he used his quirk to listen and feel people's emotions and aura. This helps him to get a read on what they are saying. Others or the ones that know he can't or won't hear write things down. Sliding note back and forth like school girls. Each note makes hawks laugh in one way or another.

On top of that he never eats and never leaves his house more specific his room.

To add to the strangeness he strictly will only let two people in his room.

Yep only two are aloud in his room on days like this.
The two? You ask.

Hawks and katsuki bakugou.

Katsuki bakugou or Kacchan as Izuku calls his is a hot tempered hot headed ash blond that scares the shit out of everyone. Whether the accepted it or not.

To hawks bakugou is a strange boy that somehow fits Izuku in a perfect way. He mothers and babies him on bad days like this but usually hes cursing and play fighting with him setting off explosions and screaming deku as loud as he can.

Hawks is always amused to see the change I'm behaviour.

Katsuki having a somewhat past with Izuku tho the two never really speak of it, usually handles it better than hawks. They both know the same flimsy information but the younger ash blond boy seems to click into a mindset and looks after him.

Unlike hawks bakugou is always aloud into izukus room. The door will always open if bakugou isn't already in there. He really is izukus life line on days like this. He can't get the smaller boy to eat but manages to keep him calm and drinking water. Hydration is key!!!!!!!

A third weird thing to mention is before Izuku or hawks even explained the no speaking rule Katsuki seemed to know it. He never speaks or changes his face expression much, not that hawks could see, he just sits with Izuku's head on his lap and his hand on Izuku's forehead. Gently soothing the green boys head with a controlled heat. They stay like that for hours before Izuku changes positions or uses the bathroom but the angry teen is always waiting to help.

It's strange but if it helps hawks won't push. It's a brother/best friend/ childhood friend thing and he won't comment.

And that's how now hawks is talking to a door waiting for bakugou to show up. "Katsuki will be here soon. He must be running late." He said stretching from the floor. He lays back in the silence and closes his eyes. These are hard days for all of them but the just have to be strong.

He's sure Izuku would feel worse is they showed any kind of sadness. Izuku is too kind for his own good putting everything and everyone before himself and being self destructive in the process. It's what makes his such a good hero. If not slightly too willing to dart into danger. But that's just hawks being a parent.

A small tapping on his hand makes his eyes open. A small folded note bumps into his hand repeatedly. Izuku seems to be pushing it under the door. The action makes Hawks chuckled a little before taking the soft boys note.

He reads it carefully before smiling. "It's no problem kid. I'm always gonna be here. I'm not leaving and I'm glad you know that."

The note had a simple thank you written on it but it ment the world to the hero. He feels a presence looming and looks up. Noticing the boy hawks jumps a bit before he recognises him.

"Ah Katsuki go ahead he's waiting."

The boy disappeared into the room and the door was locked again. Man Hawks needs to get these kids bells they just appear and it's freaking Hume out! He's gonna die of a heart attack one day because of the two. Man they could make such good underground heroes.

Ayyyyyy happy end of February wow the months are flying and it's terrifying!
