I woke up with a chill going down my spine. I feel hollow and as cold ad the damp floor. I'm laying down on my side, I feel the bones
on my arm. Where was I? My last thoughts before the darkness overtook me was the soft linen of my bed. I finally open my eyes and in
my room I was. I was confused. I look at my arms, they were normal, laying casually on my bed. A bath was what I needed to clear my
head. Undressing myself, I stepped into the cold shower, removing what doubt I has. But it didn't leave. The icy water flowing down
my closed eyes, brought back the same sense of dread I had on my bed. Suddenly, I had a feeling that someone was watching me. As I
slowly open my eyes, I notice the lights were flickering. But it wasn't the usual flickering you'd get from a faulty light. It's was as if
reality itself was shifting in and out of focus. Then, I saw it. The pair of glowing yellow eyes right in front of me, just floating in mid air.
How is this happening? The lights still flickering, it moved closer, sucking all warmth surrounding it. Fear took over my body, leaving
me paralyzed and chills running down my spine. And as sudden as it arrived, the flickering stopped and so did the glowing enigma.
Finally finding the courage to take a deep breath, I turned off the shower and dried myself, still not taking my ,ind off those glowing eyes. All I wanted now was to lay down and clear my mind. But the cold wouldn't leave me, wherever I went, warmth left me, even in
my dreams. Now every time my vision flickers, I see it, just hovering at the corner of my vision, just stating. And as I start to feel the
effects of its glare, so will my body, slowly but surely, feel the cold creeping, and filling me with fear once more.
