"Okay, what are your names?" Elaine asked.
Fulton and Y/N glanced at each other,
            "Y/N Y/L/N,"
            "Fulton Reed,"
Elaine pulls out her clipboard, quickly writing down their names on a blank sheet of paper. Y/N and Fulton looked at each other confused.
"Alright, since this is your guys' first offense, I'm gonna let you go. But, if something like this happens again, you will not be allowed down here for the rest of the semester. Is that understood?" Elaine stated.
Both nodded their heads, Y/N looking at her feet.
"Good. Now, both of you go to your rooms," she demanded.
Fulton and Y/N traveled up the stairs into the main hallway, faces red from embarrassment.
"Well, that was weird," Fulton said.
Y/N nodded,
"Uh, yeah... I think I'm gonna go to bed," she said as she sped to her room.
Fulton was left standing alone, confused. He shook his head and went back to his room. When Y/N got into her room, she sat on her bed, thoughts racing through her head. Her phone began to ring, she was startled by the sound. She got up and answered it,
    "Hello?"
    "Hey..."
"Fulton... Um, sorry for running off like that. I was so embarrassed and-"
"No, don't. It's okay, I just wanted to make sure that you're doing alright. Are you?"
"I guess, it could be worse. I'm not great, though."
"I understand. Listen, why don't we hang out tomorrow with Connie and Guy? We can meet up and do homework, then get lunch. It'll be easier to not be distracted with them there, and we can finish our movie night another time,"
"That sounds nice, great idea. I'll see you tomorrow, goodnight."
    "Goodnight,"
She hung up the phone, taking a deep breath of relief. She did her nightly routine, then crawled into bed.

Y/N's eyes fluttered open, the sun was barely coming up and over the horizon. She groaned, realizing it was still way too early to be awake.
"Mhmm, god," she mumbled as she turned onto her side, facing away from the window. She drifted off back to sleep.

Y/N turned over, this time the sun sprayed over her eyelids, waking her up. She searched the room for her clock, 9:50. She stretched out in her bed before forcing herself to sit up. After letting herself wake up for a minute, she stood up, doing another big stretch. She yawned, before doing to her closet to pick out an outfit. She picked out a pair of light-wash Levi's, a long-sleeved, rib-knit, grey top tucked into the jeans, and a black belt. Topped off with a pair of Birkenstock sandals.
After she put on deodorant, lotion, perfume, and fixed her hair,  she left her dorm to go get a cup of coffee in the lounge.

She took a sip of her coffee and sat at the self serve counter. Other students came in and out to get their drinks and quick meals instead of going to the dining hall. She took a few more sips of her coffee before she heard a voice,
    "Hey, girlie,"
Y/N turned around to greet the person,
    "Syd! What's up?" she gleamed.
Syd was smiling,
"Not too much, how've you been?"
Y/N shrugged,
"Pretty good, Fulton and I are still hanging out. How's Curtis?"
"Not sure, a few days after I moved in with him, he got expelled for punching one of his professors,"
"Oh my God, what an idiot,"
Sydney nodded,
"Yeah, I'm glad I don't have to deal with his attitude anymore,"
"I'm glad, too. I was really worried about you living with him. So, now what? Are you planning on moving back in?"
Sydney shook her head,
"No, my parents and I talked to Dean Buckley. I'm getting a new roommate on Monday,"
"That's good! Well, it was great to see you, I'll see you around,"
The girls gave each other a light hug before saying goodbye. Y/N walked out of the lounge with her cup of coffee and went back upstairs to her dorm. She walked into her room, setting her cup on her desk. A knock came from her door, she turned around and opened the door. Fulton stood in the doorway, backpack on his shoulder.
    "Hey, you." she said, smiling.
Fulton chuckled,
    "Good morning, beautiful," he greeted.
They gave each other a light peck before Fulton stepped inside.
    "What's up?" Y/N asked.
Fulton shrugged,
"Well, I thought I'd come get you before meeting up with Connie and Guy. They're on their way to the dining hall already,"
"Oh, okay. I just need to grab my bag," she said while beginning to search for her bag, picking it up off of the floor.
They laced fingers, before leaving the room and going to the dining hall. They stepped out into the breezy, fall day, smiling.
    "No practice tonight?" Y/N asked.
Fulton shook his head,
"Nope, tomorrow. We practice right before Varsity. Speaking of, are you still on for tomorrow's plan? Getting the liquid- uh, whatever?"
Y/N chuckled,
"The liquid nitrogen? Yeah, I think I have it all planned out. I'm going to ask Ms. O'Hare if I can stay in her room to study after school. And this monday, there is a mandatory staff meeting at 3:00, so she'll be out of the room for a good hour, which will be plenty of time to get one of the tanks," she explained.
Fulton smiled and gave her multiple pecks on top of her head,
    "You're incredible, you know that?"
Y/N blushed,
"So are you, bub, you're such a sweetie,"
They continued on to the dining hall, enjoying each other's company. Fulton held the door open for her when they arrived. They found a smaller table to sit at, waiting for Connie and Guy. They sat and conversed for a few minutes before hearing a taunting voice behind them,

"Look at this, Bash Brother's got a little girlfriend," a voice said.
Y/N and Fulton look up to see Rick with a tray of food.
"What's your name, honey?" He asked, snidely.
Y/N rolled her eyes, Fulton's fists began to clench up.
"Piss off, don't you have a girlfriend?" Y/N replied.
Rick chuckled,
"Ooh, be careful, Ducky. She's a feisty one. Hot and feisty,"

With that, Fulton shot up from his chair.
