Tsuki's POV

The first few minutes of our walk were silent. I glanced at Hinata a few times. He'd been looking down and fiddling with the hem of his shirt the whole time, when he wasn't glancing at me that is. As we we walking, I noticed a bench and sat down. He stopped directly in front of me.

"Sit," I told him in a soft tone.

He hesitated and seemed to be thinking something before sitting and putting his face in his hands. It was silent– something I wasn't used to being around Hinata.

"Do you ever f-feel like you're not good enough for anything or anyone?" he quietly asked me.

"Hmm? Not good enough? What do you mean?"

"Nothing. Never mind. I've just been stressed out lately and haven't been handling it well. I'll be okay, really." He looked up and smiled.

His eyes were red and puffy. He was crying again. I had a feeling that what he said wasn't the whole truth, and seeing his face confirmed that. I continued to stare into his eyes until he looked away. I looked at my watch and realized it was almost 10 already. I let out a small sigh.

"Come on Hinata," I stood up. "It's getting late, and I don't live nearby. I have to get home soon."

"You can... stay over if you'd like. My mom isn't home, but I'm sure she'll understand when she gets back in the morning," he yawned and stood up, stumbling a bit.

"Okay. I'll call my mom and let her know."

After I got off the phone with my mom, I felt a weight on my back. I turned to see Hinata slowly falling asleep on me. Something was definitely up with him. He'd never be so tired and not that early either.

I picked him up and began to carry him like a child.

"Heyyy. What are you doinggg?" He looked me in the eyes with his half lidded ones.

"You're tired, so I'm carrying you home. What else would I be doing?"

"O-okay," he stuttered. He then laid his head on my shoulder, and I felt his body start to relax in my hold. My face began to heat up as I felt his warm breaths on my neck.

Why am I blushing? I don't even like him. Do I? No!

When we finally reached his house, I took his key out of his pocket and opened the door. When I walked through the living room I noticed a little girl sleeping on the couch and the tv on. I assumed it was his little sister. I continued through the house until I found Hinata's room. I put him in his bed and pulled the blanket over him. I went back to the living room and turned off the tv, then gently picked up his sister and began to look for her room.

"Shoyo?" she asked quietly, rubbing her eyes.

"No no. I'm Tsukishima. I'm a friend of your brother's, and he's sleeping right now. I'm just bringing you to your bed."

"Oh. Okay," she yawned, falling back asleep.

After I put her to bed I went back to Hinata's room and debated on if I should sleep next to him or not.

There's no harm in it, right? I think as I climb in next to him.

I pulled out my phone and noticed multiple messages from the Karasuno group chat.

Suga: HINATA CHILD! WHERE ARE YOU?!

Daichi: Calm down suga. He probably just went home.

Suga: But why wouldn't he say bye to everyone? :(

Noya: Tsukishima left too. Where'd he go?

Tanaka: Dude hes mean anyways. We're talking about hinata rn.

Kageyama: haha damn.

I rolled my eyes at Kageyama's response. Even when I wasn't around, he'd find any way to hate me.

Tsuki: stfu king

Yamaguchi: tsuki that's mean

Tsuki: shut up

Yamaguchi: sorry :/

Tsuki: yeah anyways can you guys stop texting so damn much. Hinata's sleeping rn

Suga: ...

Yamaguchi: ...

Tanaka: ...

Noya: ...how do you know that?

Tsuki: bc i left with him and im at his house rn

Kiyoko: ooohh?

Tanaka: KIYOKO-SAN <3

Noya: KIYOKO-SAN >3<

Tsuki: STFU SIMPS! I don't want him to wake up bc of yall

Daichi: bedtime!

Suga: ... goodnight everyone!

I put my phone down and looked over at Hinata. He was snoring softly, and I felt a smile creep on to my face, but I dropped it immediately. I turned the opposite direction of him and mentally cursed myself. Lately, no matter what I did, I couldn't get the orange haired male out of my thoughts. I never saw him as anything but annoying, but I still found myself happy just to be around him.

I pulled the blanket over myself and sighed. As usual, I had to push down my thoughts and force myself to sleep.
