Sweet Pea
It was last period finally started and I couldnt wait for the day to end.
I was sitting in my desk waiting for class to start when Reggie came and sat next to me.
" Guess who I ran onto last night at Pops" Reggie told me.
"Who Reg?" I ask him.
"Jughead" He smiles mischievously and I role my eyes "Okay what did you do?"
"I told him he better watch his fucking back and hope I dont catch him without his lesbian body gards" he says proudly.
"Jesus Reggie why would you do that?" I say annoyed.
"Because he is the reason I am working the library dude" Reggie argues.
"No you are the reason you are working the library" I laugh.
On que Jughead happens to walk into the class room.
We make eye contact and I smile at him then he looks at Reggie. Reggie just makes a cutting off head action and Jughead just roles his eyes and sits down.
"Okay class who can tell me about the chapter we read last night?" Says Mrs.Patterson.
Jughead didnt raise his hand.

After class I was walking in the hall when I saw Jughead at his locker and decided to talk to him.
"Hey Jughead what's up" I greet as I approach him.
He looks back at me and greets me "Hey Sweet Pea" then turns back to his locker.
"So I was surprised during class today because you didnt answer any questions" I say to him leaning agenst the locker next to his.
"Um I just didnt feel like it today" He responded.
"Oh um alright" I decided to change the subject "Before class today Reg and I were talking and he said that he saw you yesterday and gave you a hard time."
"Yeah it's really not a big deal I just try to stay out of his way which is kinda hard when his ego is so freaking big" Jughead Jokes.
I laugh and agree. "Yep Reggie is an egomaniac"
Theres a small moment of awkward silence.
"Um so if Reggie seems to be giving you a hard time just text me or something okay" I speak up.
Jughead smiles and says "Well I would but that would be tough to do without your number" he laughs.
"Oh right well-" I was interrupted by Reggie yelling at me from the down the empty hallway.
"Sweet Pea! What the hell are you doing? Let's go we have practice!" Reggie screams
"One second!" I tell and then I roll my eyes once again.
"Sorry Jug I'll give you my number Tomorrow." I say still not moving but waiting for him to respond.
"Alright Sweet Pea that's fine with me" then he goes back to stuffing books in his bag. "You better go to Reggie before his head explodes from not having enough patience"
I laugh "Alright Jugs I'll see you later" patting his back as I walk by.
Going down the hallway I passed Betty and Toni. They had their hands interlocked and gave me similar glares.
When I finally walk up to Reggie he gives me a questioning look. "Why are you talking with Donny Darko Sweet Pea?"
"He is apart of the news paper Reg I need to talk to him about stuff sometimes." I say walking ahead as Reggie follows.
We make our way to the locker room to get changed.
Reggie goes to his locker and I go to mine.

After practice I changed and started to make my way out of the school.
"Sweet pea" I heard a flirty voice come from behind me.
I turn around and my eyes land on Josie Maccoy. I look her up and down and smile.
She walked to me and put her hand on my shoulder. "Would you like to come by my place tonight?" She asks.
"Hell yeah" I answer and kiss her. In the middle of is making out I hear someone walking down the hallway.
By the voice I heard then scoff I knew it was Betty. "Why dont you two get a room instead of the middle of the school hallway?" She asks then walks off.
"Ugh what a prune she probably hasent kissed anyone yet" Josie complains.
I give her a puzzling look "Have you been living under a rock? Her soulmate is Toni" I laugh.
"Whatever I'll see you tonight okay?" She rolled her eyes and walks away.
Jughead
I was packing up my things and then Sweet Pea came up to talk to me.
I watched him as he makes his way towards Reggie.
Toni is still angry with him and so is Betty.
When he passed them walking down the hall they glared daggers at him.
"Were you two talking or something Jugs?" Toni asked.
"Uh yeah he wants to help me so Reggie will stop bothering me" I tell them.
"Please once he is done with the paper he's gonna treat you the same way just watch." Toni huffs.
"Well if it could stop for just a moment then I'll take it" I respond and laugh.
"Good for you Jug looking on the bright side" Batty says.
"Kinda have to we are stuck with him for at least a few more months" I comment as I zip up my back pack and shut my locker.
We make our way down the hall and stop by the blue and gold.
We go to our designated desks and started making last minute edits to the paper.
...
"I'm gonna run this down to Mr.Weatherbee so he can look over it" Betty says as she stood up and walked out of the room with a singular copy of the paper.
"So Jughead" Toni looked at me "Why are you being so easy on Sweet Pea?"
I looked at her "What do you mean?"
She rolled her eyes "I mean if someone accused me of banging a teacher in front of the whole class I would be pissed"
"That's the difference between me and you Toni. I dont let my anger get the best of me" I smile because I knew that I would get under her skin.
Toni roles her eyes and punches me in the arm.
"Smart ass" she smiles and I start to laugh.
Just then Betty comes in the room looking annoyed. "The paper has been delivered." She says.
I get up "Alright I'm gonna leave guys I have a major test tomorrow"
"Alright Jug have fun studying." Toni says with a smirk and grabs Betty's hand.
"Will do Toni" I smile and walk home.
