Chapter 6

Cami pov

"So you didn't tell me how the date went with you and-" I raised my eyebrows at Chloe in a teasing manner.
She went on a date with her forever crush or should I say love, Jake.

He was Leo's friend, aka one of those arrogant rich guys.

He never seems to notice her he was busy dating other girls, and after years he finally asked Chloe out. I was shocked when she said yes. Am  surprised she still likes the dude.

He is an asshole but she was blindly in love with the guy, he was a player.
I didn't want to hurt her feelings so I was just as happy for her as a friend will ever be.

"It was the best date ever" she sighed dreamingly and flopped on my bed.

"I need details" I said as I logged in my email in clouds to get some of my old stuff back, since I bought a new phone last night.  we went to the bar and asked the securities and they claimed that they didn't see any missing purse, but promised to give me a call if they see any.

I wouldn't have been this bothered, but they was something important that I couldn't lose which is in the purse.
I hope and pray that any possible miracle will bring it back to me.

"It was a romantic dinner date and we talked,he was so romantic like I thought he would and by the end of the night_" she squeeled
"We kissed"

What?
Who kisses on a first date?

"Woah, that was fast" I said and she blushed.
She was a hopelessly in love with that guy and I don't like him one bit.

He was a certified jigolo. He checks literally every girl who passed his front out.
I saw him doing it to me more than once.
I warned Chloe but she was just too blind to care.

"I know, but it felt so so right" she said and jumped on my bed again playfully.
My poor bed.
she can be a child if she wants to.

"I don't know but it happened and literally the best experience ever. The kiss was exactly how I thought it would be, even better" she blushed and I scrunched my face.

"It was perfect, it kept replaying in my head over and over and ov-"

"Enough okay" I interrupted. "Like seriously I don't wanna know how the kiss was" I told her and she pouted.

"I thought you said you wanted details"

"Duhhh, not that kind of details details" I said.

"Well, a piece of advice, you need love" she said and I raised my eyebrows at her, so now she's the love expert?.

"Yeah I do, tell me where I can buy it from okay" I said with sarcasm.

"Tsk, Cami, always the feisty one, what should I do with you?" she said and I shook my head. She took her bag  and looked for her lipstick then she applied it on her lips then she flipped her long wavy blonde hair dramatically that she is super proud of.
I admit, I do envy it sometimes.

I heard a beep and I clapped my hands excitedly as the files has finished downloading and everything was back to my phone, good thing I did a backup.

" Well, I think I should probably be going, I promised my mom that I will be back early, we cause we made plans to antique store today, you know my mom with her obsession with plates and cups" she said rolling her eyes and I laughed.

"Ok, me and my mom also made plans to go to the mall later today"

"Oh okay" she stopped when her phone started ringing and she smiled when she looked at the screen.
