Louis' POV:
That can't be right. Something is wrong. So wrong. And this smell. It shouldn't be here. In my car. When Selena and I are the only ones here.
I gripped the wheel tight.
"Louis? Are you ok?" Selena had a concerned look on her face. Her face. So beautiful.
She can't be. Is not possible. Is it?
"I am fine." I tried my best to smile. It didn't look that she bought it, but she just mumbled an ok.
When we finally got home I quickly left the car and made eye contact with Niall. He instantly understood what I meant. His wolf could feel it. And by the looks of the others, they also got it.
"Lou, aren't you coming in?" Selena asked.
"I have to do something first. Go ahead, I will talk to you later. "I said and gave Demi a look. She nodded once she realized something serious was happening.
"I'll go with you, Sel. " She said and took Selena inside.
Me and the guys started to strip off our clothes and ran to the woods. I could feel my wolf taking control as I changed.
Me and the guys met at the center of the woods, far away from the house, in out wolf forms. And yes, we could talk telepathically.
"What's happening, Louis." Harry asked.
"I don't know if what I am thinking is even possible. " I said hoping I was wrong.
"What is it?" Zayn asked.
"How does vampires turn people into one of them? " I asked. That was a mystery to me.
"I have no idea. Why?" Harry asked.
"I am afraid Selena is turning into one." I said growling. Just the thought of her being one of them makes me sick.
"What?!"
"Gosh, Louis. You are over thinking everything. " Niall spoke.
"But, you were there. She is reeking of vampire. Maybe it takes time for them to turn after the person gets bitten. And she did."
"Or, there was a vampire in the hospital that got closer to Selena. " Niall said reasonably.
"A vampire in the hospital?" Liam asked.
"I caught the smell of one and followed it. And when I got there I only found Selena. But, they are fast and once they smelled me they took off." Niall said looking at me with his wolf eyes. "She is not a vampire."
"But, the smell on her was really strong. The only way of that happening is-" Oh, no. "Fucker. " I growled. "They touched her."
"About that, you're right. " Niall said.
"Why would a vampire touch her and not harm her?" Liam asked.
"What about that Aiden? Your enemy. If he found out she is your mate, then he got closer to her just to send a message. " Zayn said. And it all made sense. Fuck. That bloodsucker.
"We have to find him and his clan and stop them from killing." I growled.
"We tried already. They just can't be found." Harry said.
I knew that so I just stuck my claws in a tree to let out a my rage.
"I will go back to the house. If they know Selena, I won't leave her alone. " I said once I calmed down.
"You do that and we will run nearby the hospital to see if we can catch something. " Niall said and they ran away.
I ran back to the house and put my clothes back on.
Demi was in the kitchen.
"Louis, what's going on?" She asked.
"I think Aiden talked to Selena today at the hospital."
"Shit. That's why she's smelling so bad."
"Yeah. Where is she?"
"Taking a shower.And the others?"
"They went to the hospital to see if they can catch anything. " I said.
