I picked up my school bag and walked out of my bedroom. Greeted by a shouting mother and an annoying younger brother. He was late again so mom was shouting at him to hurry. I looked at the Kitchen counter only one sandwich was there so I quickly ran and grabbed it before my brother could. I smirked at him and went to my mother.

"Mom should I wait for him." I asked pointing at the little human who was getting ready slower than a tortoise.

"No don't you'll be late too. Go I'll drop him myself. YAH STOP EATING AND WEAR YOU SOCKS FIRST." She shouted at him again as I giggled with an evil smirk on my face.

I bid good bye to my mother and kissed my father's cheek who was still asleep as he came home late last night. I walked out and was ready to start the usual day when the certain someone called my name. Well not name to be precise.

"Hey Dumbo"

"Oh hey Dumber."

Jeon Jungkook. My neighbor/enemy/competitor/best friend/childhood friend. Yeah we have been together since we were in diapers. Our mothers are really good friends and we go to a 'hFamily Trip' together every year. Me and Jungkook are like a pair who will rip each other into shreds if they get a chance to but at the same time both of us were really protective for each other.

"I thought you will go first since you have dance practice." I said as I waited for him to cross the road and walk to my side.

"Yeah I decided to skip it."

"Huh? Why?"

"I wanted to walk with you to school."

"Ah you don't have to worry about him. He is just an annoying soul."

"Y/n if I didn't came between you two yesterday he might have raped you."

"Tsk. He is not that evil."

"Yeah ok but I am still not taking any chances."

"Ok Ok fine."

"Something is missing." 

"What?"I looked at him with my eyebrow raised.

"You didn't give me your ugly ass smile today."

"Please stop. You know I am insecure enough about my teeth smile."

"I don't get it. I called your smile ugly ever since I started talking but you are insecure because of that weird ex of yours."

"Reason why he is my ex and you are still walking beside me."

"What  do you mean?"

"Nothing you won't-"

We stopped when someone came in front of us. Him. Samuel. This asshole just started school a year ago. He is a transfer student and kind of the Heart throb. While girls drool over him, he decided to propose to me about 2 months ago. I never said yes to the confession but i didn't reject either. So somehow we became school's hottest couple. 

Not more than just a 2 weeks ago I saw him making out with one of MY friend's elder sister. Well I never really loved him but maybe it was my sensitive heart who cried over him for 2 whole days. I didn't go to school, didn't meet Jungkook, didn't even talk at home. But I got over it because Jungkook got fed up with that attitude of mine and shouted at me really bad. I kinda broke down in his arms right after but he being the angel he is sang me to sleep that night.

Though next morning he literally kicked me off the bed to wake me up. And by the way thats why I had an injured wrist and couldn't go to school for a while. I started yesterday and Jungkook has became a lot less annoying and 10 times more caring. Well it was his fault so-
