Izuku and Vulture didn't waste any time in rushing straight towards the explosion, running past the attendees while also instructing them to head for the nearest safe point at the Festival. Izuku's breathing was staggered as he continued running, with One for All pulsing through his veins, along with feelings of panic and anger.

The splat of the blood on the alleyway. Encountering Vanish for the first time. Uraraka getting hurt. Finding Identi severely injured. Uraraka disappearing. And now an explosion at the Hero Parade. For all of this to happen in only a couple of hours seemed unbelievable, but all of it happened in front of Izuku's eyes.

"It wasn't supposed to happen like this..." He thought as he continued to dash through the crowd, feeling as those he failed to help the citizens he swore to protect.

"Deku!" He was brought of his thoughts by Vulture's voice, only to realise his friend was not next to him anymore. Turning around, he found him, crouching down next to a large rubble and gesturing him to come over. It didn't take him long to realise what was happening – someone was trapped.

In an instant, Izuku reached Vulture, where he heard the voice of a female, screaming for help. With that, he grabbed hold off the sides of the rubble, planting his feet straight on the ground.

"One for All! Full Cowling!" With his Quirk active, he began to lift up the rubble, gritting his teeth and keeping his feet locked in place. He slowly increased the percentage of Full Cowling as he raised it higher, keeping his strength up.

"Vulture! Grab her!" He exclaimed once he lifted it high enough, breathing heavily as he kept the large brick up, giving Vulture enough space.

"OK, I got her!" Vulture declared, prompting Izuku to drop the rubble, feeling the stiffness on his arms, particularly his right arm. He shook his arms to remove the sense, turning around to see Vulture, who had transformed his feet into crow-like ones and the young female from under the rubble, lying on the ground, catching her breath.

"Hey, are you OK?" Izuku asked the female, crouching down next to her.

"Y-Yeah..." She responded once she caught her breath. "M-My leg hurts, though." She grabbed hold of her lower leg to emphasise her point. "I-It was caught on the rubble. I-I couldn't move..."

"It's OK. You're safe now." Izuku smiled at her in an attempt to calm her down, which seemed to work as she slightly smiled back. "OK. My friend, Vulture will take you to the nearest emergency site. Is that OK?" She nodded in agreement.

"You'll be OK on your own, Deku?" Vulture asked as he began to get her on her feet.

"Yeah, don't worry. I want to help the other heroes execute the attendees." He explained.

"Alright. I'll come back once I get her to safety." Vulture got the female up, wrapping her arm around his shoulder and holding her waist to get her steady.

"Are you able to walk a bit?" He asked her, to which she nodded. He then turned to Izuku. "Be careful, alright?" Izuku nodded in response before heading off.

The number of citizens in the area slowly began to decrease, with Izuku continuing to direct them out to safety and saving those trapped from the explosion. He even encountered some pro heroes in the vicinity and helped them in their own rescue. In some way, Izuku should be happy in the way he was helping others, demonstrating himself as the hero he wanted to be for so long in a large scale manner and proving his worth into becoming the next No.1 hero, but instead he was fuelled with fear and anger at the villains who caused this destruction in the first time, spreading fear into society, more than it already had.

"What's your plan, Vanish? What's your plan to bring chaos like this?"

"Deku!" Izuku was called again, bringing him out of his spiral thoughts. Looking forward, he saw Todoroki, waving at him. He ran up to him, noticing he was kneeling next to a male, who was sitting up against a wall.
