Hello fellow degenerates, I am Asher Wells AKA BOINGY, and I want to preface this by saying that I am in no way, shape, or form an expert on writing. Sure, I've been doing this a long time, but that doesn't make me any better at it than some angst-addled 9th grader. This will be a learning experience for me and some form of entertaining one for you, I would hope. Either way, we'll both be getting something out of this.

I want to start with my background on the Neptunia series as a whole. I was introduced to it as a Sophomore by watching the Youtuber LostPause (Good start, I know) and have somehow fallen for the series since. It's been a small aspiration of mine to write a story about this franchise, but I've never had neither the creative floe or the determination to stick with one idea. After almost 2 years of sheer thought and bouncing ideas around, I've finally settled on this. This will be a lengthy project, and things might change, but I want to also say that we're in this journey together. You, the reader, and I are going to both experience Revolution Machine, just from different viewpoints.

Enough of me sounding like some sappy mind-reader, though. This might expand, or it might not. I don't have a full grasp of this just yet.

(\/\/)  - This signifies a time skip. I'd post how long, but that seems kind of tacky to me. I didn't know what other symbolism to use, so I chose that because it looks cool to me.

Italics -  These signify thoughts. Since this story is told from Tech's perspective (Third person Singular) unless said otherwise, the thoughts will be Tech's.

I will try to throw in images/GIFs to help set the mood, but mostly I will be posting song links for that purpose, and mostly for whatever fight scenes I write. I will admit now that I'm not too good at writing these kinds of scenes, so I ask that you bear with me. Most of my writing skills come from personal experience as well as practice, and I can say I've never had a sword fight, let alone one where I'm facing an actual Goddess, and all I'm armed with is my wit, some leather armor and an over-sized wrench.

I also want to give a thank you to a very specific person. I'd say the name, but considering that they will be a prominent character, I'm sure they'll learn who they are. I want to thank you for being my friend, and not only listening to my dumb ideas, but sharing your own. Rock on, Mr. Bassist.

I'm done rambling, lets get this show on the road.
