Last time, on Revolution Machine: Tech, however unwillingly it was, made it to Leanbox! Now inside of Green Heart's own turf and left alone, Tech must devise a plan to not only destroy the Sharicium Generator, but to do it without Green Heart's looming ire!

Upgrading KINGPIN was a rather... severe understatement. Tech, given the option of both infinite resources and the tools to do it, basically rebuilt not only KINGPIN entirely, but he even built a module pack to wear at his waist to keep KINGPIN on standby, turning what was originally a simple motherboard chip into a collapse-able automaton combatant for more... Physical encounters, but he also played with the few remaining Electric Gems he had left in his toolbelt, welding together a simple brace that housed two of the gems, creating a bangle of sorts. He kept it on his right wrist, for simple safekeeping. He wasn't keeping track of the time, but he must have been in there for hours, as by the time he was done, he was perpetually wiped out, slumping onto a large sofa in the corner and staring at the ceiling in a daze. That... was the most fun he's had in a while, with just him and some tools. KINGPIN has never looked better, and the few other things he did whip up were nothing to scoff at either. Maybe his machinations were more than the Sharicium Generators...
Tech rummaged through his pocket, fishing out the Sharicium gem he stole from the Planeptune Machine. It seethed with a power as he turned it in his hand, examining it. This one crystal has caused so many things... From absolute chaos in Planeptune to the blessings here in Leanbox. Mixed emotions started to slosh around in Tech's head the more he stared at the Sharicium, his brows furrowing as he put it up. None of that mattered, at least not right now they didn't. He had one goal, and one goal only: Fix his mistakes. Easy enough, right? Nothing was stopping him from just marching up to the top of Leanbox and rigging the machine with explosives...
"My goodness, you've gotten busy in here, haven't you, Sir Tech?"
One thing was stopping him.
Vert was examining the powered down KINGPIN, completely unfolded and resting in a hand-built charging station. She ran a gloved hand down the arm of the machine, examining the handiwork of Tech. If it weren't Vert, Tech probably would have been more flattered than he was already. He quickly pocketed his sharicium shard and waved a lazy hand at the goddess. "Bah, that was rookie work. Just rebuilt 'im from scratch is all. Also made a few things, repaired m'gun, an' added a bit more code to KINGPIN. I'm beat after all o' that, though... Did y'need somethin'?" Tech offered Vert a weak smile, but the goddess shook her head. She approached the couch, sitting towards the end, where his feet were near. She neatly folded her hands into her lap and smiled at him.
"Nothing at all, I simply wished to check on you. You do look rather fatigued; Does making such magnificent machines take as much energy as I am assuming?" Vert asked, her voice layered in honey. Tech shook his head. He was just exhausted. Perhaps it was lack of quality sleep. He slept well enough in Planeptune, but he's been super antsy since after this mess started in general. In fact, he couldn't remember the last time he slept.
"I prolly just need a nap, Vert. I don't know what it is, but it feels like I ain't slept a wink in days." Tech huffed out as he sank a little deeper into the couch. Man, this thing was comfortable! He felt like it was trying to absorb him into itself, his normally aching back finally getting some respite from all the heavy lifting and constant pressure of standing and crouching. Vert nodded in understanding, her smile still soft and warm. She then seemed to go into thought before nodding.
"I simply believe your weariness has caught up to you. After all, you've been constantly active for the past month, have you not? I would be fatigued as well. You are doing such a wonderful job, however. The way you busted into Planeptower was spectacular." The Goddess nodded sagely, earning a narrow glare from Tech. Green Heart sure knew a lot about him, didn't she... It was almost creepy. Too tired to ask questions, Tech slumped into the couch just a bit more, his eyes in Vert. She was rather gorgeous. Pristine blond hair, soft amethyst eyes... Her glorious— No, not now. He was busy. She was the enemy! With a cough, Tech waved his hand. He really needed a nap.
