Peacefully sleeping were Alyssa and I in my bed we were just so tired from yesterday.
After practicing we watched tv in my room then we had lunch prepared by my dad and it was healthy it was caesar salad our favorite with chicken tenders on top.
After lunch we went in the playroom playing video games with my brpther them until it was time for dinner dad made mashed potatoes with meatloaf and corn on the cobb but he gave me loose corn because of my braces.
" Rise and shine it is day two of training come on get up you two if you want to be winners you have to train hard" said dad.
I got up and went to my bathroom I did my usual hygiene then I wrapped my towel around my body walking out rhe bathroom so Alyssa can use it.
I slipped on my underwear then I put on my attire for today and I slipped my hair into a messy bun.

Her outfit by the way alyssa has on the same thing but her sports bra is purple and her tenjis purple.
We went downstairs and dad was waiting for us he would train Mj at six and us at six thirty.
He had us run down the corner and run back rhen he had us do some lunges and burpees with some squats.
Yall my legs were so sore it was worse than yesterday than on top of that he had us do six laps in the pool.
We were currently in my room changing out our swimsuit and into dry clothing we went downstairs and dad had breakfast prepared for us already.
We had grits with bacon and sausage and we had sunny side up eggs I didn't eat the eggs because I like my eggs cooked all the way.
After breakfast we did two more songs I wasn't happy with the song I tried by myself so I decided to find another one to dance to.
I decided to dance to one of Cece Winans song alabaster box for Friday and then I need a song for Sunday.
After doing a next dance we decided to try some hairstyles on us for Friday so I braided Alyssa hair in front and I did twists in the back.
I did the same for my hair and we looked good and we could leave it out or we can put it up in one.
After I did our hair we went downstairs to the TV room and walked in dad was sitting down watching something.
I sat down next to him and leaned my head on him like I usually do all the time and Alyssa sat next to me.
" You just like leaning on me huh all the time " said dad.
" Because I can lean my head on you anytime I want to and besides you my daddy " I said.
" I know I'm your daddy my name is on your birth certificate so yeah and I know for sure that your my daughter and I'm your dad" said dad.
" Ok yes your name is on my birth certificate and yes I know you and mom conceived me not going say the actual word cause its gross " I said.
I didn't want to say I was made when my dad released his sperm in my mom cause its so gross yes they had sex and I was conceived and yes they do have sex presently but I don't care about all of that.
" Yeah that is true that's how you and your siblings were created " said dad.
" Daddy " I said why he had to say that seriously gross ugh parents these days ugh.
" What your not 7 your 14 about to be 15 in September so you could hear that lil girl that's how you came into the world child " said dad.
" Ok daddy I know that can we switch to a next topic please and Alyssa we gone win them races you see our second coach plus he did track when he was in school " I said.
" For sure we gone win we have the best coaches plus when we get to school after the break we have track practice for the week" said Alyssa.
" Yep we do have some awesome coaches and yep I know besides we got this anyhow we are winners " I said.
We continued to watch tv with dad and then he went to make some lunch which was a chicken salad with water.
We were eating healthy for now because we had an upcoming race coming and he wanted to make sure we were in good shape to win our races.
So we ate the salad and drank the water then we went upstairs to chill for now until it was time for dinner.
