The six boys moved through a dark alley, using the narrow path to cross from one street to another without being seen. The smell of rotten food and leaking gas clung to the air, strong enough to sting their noses even through their masks.

Haechan suddenly raised his right hand.

Everyone stopped. Their bodies went still, stances firm and weapons ready in their hands. Haechan slowly looked toward Mark and gave him a small nod.

Time to start.

"Jisung. Chenle."

At his command, the two immediately moved with him, disappearing toward the other end of the alley.

"You know, you really need to give my assassin position back," Jaemin whispered, his voice carrying just enough irritation to make Haechan glance at him. "It would work better for this kind of mission."

Haechan gave him a warning look. "Shut up, Jaem. The last time you started throwing your knives around, the enemy ambushed you first."

Jaemin sighed in defeat. "Fine."

A moment later, Renjun's voice came through their earpieces. "You can enter now."

The three moved toward the hidden metal door. Jeno stepped forward and pushed it open, revealing a dimly lit hallway stretching into the building.

Haechan entered first. His boots struck the concrete floor as he moved deeper inside, his eyes scanning every corner.

"We're set." Mark's voice came through the earpiece.

On the rooftop of the neighboring building, Mark and Jaemin were already positioned with their rifles, their scopes trained on the men visible through the glass windows below.

"Turn right," Renjun instructed.

Haechan immediately turned.

Four bulky men stood outside what appeared to be the main room, guarding the entrance.

One of them noticed movement and smirked. He nodded toward the other man, who immediately reached for the black door and pushed it open.

"Fire." The command barely left Haechan's mouth before four bullets tore through the room.

The guards dropped one after another, their bodies hitting the floor as blood spread beneath them.

From the rooftop, Mark and Jaemin exchanged a quick glance. Mission accomplished.

But Mark didn't celebrate for long. His eye remained pressed against the scope as he slowly scanned the surrounding area, making sure no one else was approaching their position.

Inside, Haechan kicked open another black door.

A nameplate was fixed to the front. The men inside immediately turned toward them. Three of them stood there, weapons ready.

Behind the desk sat a man with lime-green tattoos covering nearly every visible part of his body. He looked at the intruders and smiled.
