I sighed bored as Sherlock read over his notes. This is so frustrating and it's messing with my schedule. I'm meant to be in the dance studio right now but no I'm hear giving people my statement over something I was too drunk and high to remember. Plus this guys pacing is making me dizzy.

"You thought you heard her scream?" He asked looking at Spencer who nodded confidently.

"I said that, yeah." She replied holding a steady gaze with him until he looked to me, Emily, Hanna and Aria.

"And when you three woke up, Alison was gone but so was Spencer?" We nodded.

"Yes, I woke up before them and I realized Ali was gone." She explained.

"So you went looking for her?"

"That's what happened." Spencer said. Sherlock nodded mockingly taking a seat on the principles desk.

"So what, was this a, a slumber party or something?" I was about to make a smart ass retort but Spencer beat me to the punch.

"Is this an interrogation?" She asked growing annoyed. Sherlock looked at her suspiciously, before looking back down at his notes then looking back at us. There something wrong with his neck or something?

"No. Just a routine follow-up. Why did you fall asleep?"

"I guess we were tired." Aria answered. Sherlock nodded almost disbelievingly.

"You were tired huh? Is that how it was Hanna?" He asked looking over at her.

"Yes." She nodded. Then he looked at me.

"What about you dancer? That how you remember it?"

"Yes Sherlock it is how I remember it. I knocked out early because I had to leave the next day for my tour and to see my kid. That what you wanna hear?!" I exclaimed completely done with this man. I can feel the shock gaze of Hanna, Aria and Spencer while Emily squeezed my hand comfortingly and Sherlock wrote down what I said. This is not how I wanted them to find out.

"We've told you everything we know. Just like we did the night she went missing." Spencer said before he could ask me anything else.

"I know, I know, but you see the thing is it's almost exactly like you said last year. Almost like it was rehearsed." He stared us down opening his mouth again but Aria cut him off next.

"Like Spencer said, we've told you everything we know."

.-.

I sat in between Emily and Hanna who hasn't looked at me since my outburst in the principle's office which is understandable but in all fairness she didn't tell me she was seeing someone but has been trying to gain back my forgiveness and what we had before everything so I'm not the only one to blame here.

"He knows we're lying." I looked at her confused. What did we lie about? I told him the truth. Well half the truth because I'm not about to tell him about the drinking and the smoking but still.

"Lying's not a crime." Hanna told her.

"It is when you're giving false statements to the police, It's called obstruction of justice-" Hanna cuts her off with a wave of her hand.

"Oh please. We lied about the drink and Evan's smoking. The truth that matters is that we really don't know anything about what happened to Ali that night."

"We also know about someone who might want to hurt her." Spencer said. We do?

"We should've told the police the truth about Jenna's accident the night it happened." Emily said. Oh her oh yeah she most definitely would have a motive to kill not just Ali but all of us. I mean look at what we did to her. We really caused her permanent damage. If that was me I'd want to kill the people responsible to or at least harm them severely.
