Rough Day

Raven throws herself into her bed as soon as she gets into her room. She stares at the ceiling while thinking all that happened today. The team decided to go out and have some fun at the mall. But things don't really come the way they expected to be. Flat tires, crowded buses, bad weather, crowded fast-food chains, and many more. Even though they're superheroes they are also just teens when their masks are off. They can also experience the normal life of a teenager. She stands up and opens her curtains to see the sunset. While looking outside she lowered her eyes and saw her boyfriend beside the shore. She grabbed one of Damian's hoddies and wear it before she left her room.

Once she saw him sitting on one of the rocks she smiled as she admires him looking at the sea. His hair being blown by the wind. While his right arm is rested on his leg. "Hey." She greeted softly but loud enough for him to hear. He followed where the voice came from and let out a gentle smile. "Hey." She sat down beside him and rested her head on his shoulder. Damian sighed. "Rough day huh?" Raven just closed her eyes and say. "Yup, what a rough day." They both just silently stare at the sea, relaxing and calming themselves. "I've been just a superhero for five years but this... This is my first time to experience this kind of stuff. Cause you know, I grew up with a bunch of assassins. So... I never really get to have a normal childhood." He said as he laughs at himself that made Raven smile too. "Well... We've dealt with worse." Raven replied that made them both laugh. "But always remember this beloved," Damian said that made Raven stop laughing. "No matter how bad the day gets, as long as I'm with you. I couldn't be more thankful to have you by my side." He said as he looks at his girlfriend with love on his eyes. Raven let out a sweet smile. "Me too." She said as she closes her eyes and cuddled herself closer to him. They were once again admiring the view until Damian suddenly cupped Raven's chin and lean towards her. Raven was blushing, but instead of kissing him she just laughed at him. This made her boyfriend confused. "What's so funny beloved?" He asked. Raven just shrugged. "No kisses for today beloved. I just wanna rest." She said while having an uncontrollable smile on her face. Damian just smiled at her and kiss her head instead and pulled her closer to him.
