The first day of school is always very exciting, seeing which new students we are going to mess with this year, getting to know our new teachers and knowing I won't have to come home for a couple more months.
All my classes were very interesting except for Divination, professor Trelawney kept saying that one student from another class is going to die, I certainly didn't care and it was overall boring.
I ran into Melissa in the hallway and she was telling me about how awesome her Care of Magical Creatures class was, so I think it's going to be cool.
-And then Hagrid let me actually touch Buckbeak! It was so great!
-Maybe we can throw Malfoy under the hippogriff- Meg said with a smile that told me she was actually willing to do it if I wanted.
-It would be pretty funny.
-Hey, Bella. I've been wanting to talk to you about this whole Draco thing. Maybe you could try leaving it to karma.
-What is karma?- me and Meg asked in unissonum.
-Oh, sometimes I forget you guys don't know anything about muggles. Karma is like, when you do something bad the universe will make you pay for it. Do you get it?
-So you're saying that I should let the universe take care of him?
-Exactly, I know he has done something to upset you so much, but I truly believe that if you do nothing it's going to be better for your soul.
-I don't know honey, it doesn't seem so effective to me.
-Plus, it's not fun at all.- Meg said while playing with her hair.
-Please?- Melissa made that sad puppy face- If it doesn't work I promise never bothering you about this again. Pleeeease.
-Alright.
-What? Are you serious?- I nodded and Melissa jumped to hug me- So we can't even make fun of him anymore?- Meg looked really upset about this, she hates him just as much as I do since he called her a Half-blood in front of everyone just because her great-grandmother was a muggle.
-We can, but we won't do anything to harm him or anything. Ok? Are the two of you happy now?- they nodded and we said goodbye to Melissa, heading to our next class.
We met Hagrid and he walked us to an open space in the florest. The worst thing about this class is having to do it with Gryffindor, it's like the school wants us to fight.
Hagrid told us to open our Monster Books of Monsters by stroking it's spine, and miss little know it all just couldn't be quiet about it.
-I think they're funny.
-Oh, yeah. Terribly funny. Really witty.- Draco said in his usual ironic tone- God, this place has gone to the dogs. Wait until my father hears Dumbledore's got this oaf teaching classes.
Of course he would run and tell his daddy about this, I'm not a big fan of Hagrid either, but I'm not going to try and fire him.
-Shut up Malfoy!- Potter said, walking towards us, Draco laughed and slowly went closer to him. Suddenly he stopped and looked up.
-Dementors! Dementors!- the Gryffindorks turned around all scared, hate to admit it but that was a good one.
Hagrid came back with the hippogriff that I believe is Buckbeak, he was really beautiful, but also so tall and scary.
-Say hello to Buckbeak.
-He is so huge.- Meg grabbed my arm and pulled me closer.
-How on earth did Melissa touch that thing?
