Many others presents there goods, and was rewarded accordingly too. It was finally the time for the farmers to begin showing off there products, one after another.
The farmers are very much and it takes a very long time for all of them present there farm product. During the period the drummers continue to beat there drums, and the fun was kept.
The king, chiefs and other special guest all takes time to carefully check all the farm product and in the end, Ayodotun was selected again as the best farmer of the year. Ayodotun was selected because his yam is the biggest and his maize are all clean with no insect. This made Ayodotun and his family very happy, and the crowds rejoice with them. Drummers  beat their drums and everyone dance and dance.
But not everyone was happy about Ayodotun becoming the best farmer of the year again, since this means his farm product will be more respected not only by the king but everyone in the village.
The celebration ended with prayers from the king, everyone had enough to eat and even take home after the party.
Ayodotun became even more popular and respected as he is the first person to be selected twice as the best farmer of the year in the village. Many became jealous of him, especially Oyadola.
Oyadola has always wanted to be the best farmer of the year during the Kings farm celebration, but success hasn't been on his side. He became more determined to get Ayodotun down after he became the best farmer of the year the second time. He believes that with Ayodotun down, he will be selected as the next best farmer of the year during the next Kings farm celebration. He began thinking of different ways he could get Ayodotun, and finally he came up with a very wicked idea, to deal with him. He was now pleased within himself, and started taking action on his plan.
