Chapter 3

Kuroo's Pov

Once we greeted Karasuno, I heard a couple of shouts. I turn around and see Rin running towards 2 guys. I was shocked. Rin is usually shy and composed. I've never seen this side of her. She then pointed to a black-haired boy and said something inaudible. She then hugged him which surprised me a little. I saw a couple of Nekoma players glare at him. Then a ginger-haired boy came out of nowhere. Soon Rin was hugging him too. As they started a conversation, I watched Rin. She looked so much happier than before. 

Rin's Pov  

After catching up with Karasuno's 3rd years, I went to talk to Kenma. Kenma was in the gym. When I looked at him, he had his confused look on his face. 

"Hey, Kenma. What's up?"

"How do you know Hinata?"

"Oh, he was just introduced to me. Why do you ask?"

"Just curious, anyway let's head back inside."

Once we got back inside, we started the game. Karasuno was amazing. Especially the quick attack. But soon Inuoka blocked the quick attack. But Hinata kept trying. 

"He's ......smiling?!"

I was shocked when I saw Hinata smiling. But then I realized the reason he was smiling. He had not given up. The match continued. Sadly Karasuno lost. But that did not stop Hinata.

"One more" he yelled.  

"Sure it wouldn't be a practice match without a couple of rematches." Coach Nekomata replied. After a few rematches, everyone was exhausted. But Hinata still had the energy to play.

"How much energy do you have?" Coach Nekomata questioned. 

"Hinata, they have to go!" Coach Ukai said, grabbing Hinata by the back of his colour.

Once everyone packed up we had to say our goodbyes. I was really sad. I really wanted to get to know the first years a bit more. 

"It was great seeing you again Rin," Suga said.

"Yeah, it was great. I'm glad I got to meet the new first years!" I replied.

"It was nice to meet you Rin-senpai!"Hinata shouted.

"Boke Hinata Boke, you're too loud!" Kageyama yelled.

"It's alright." I giggled. "Oh, I forgot to tell you I'll probably visit you guys when I have the time."

"Really! Do you want to play volleyball with us?!" Hinata asked excitedly. 

I giggled. "Sure! Let's exchange numbers so we can meet up."

"Huh! O-okay," he replied with a tint of blush. 

"Oi! Shorty, are you flirting with our precious manager?! Yamamoto yelled.

"W-what! O-of course not!" Hinata exclaimed. 

While Yamamoto yelled at Hinata, at the corner of my eye I saw Daichi and Kuroo squeezing each other's hands. I walked up to them and told them to stop. 

"Daichi, come on don't be mad you lost." 

"I don't think you should rile him up Rin!" Suga whispered. 

"What is he going to do? Huh?" I asked cockily.

Daichi smirked. "Tanaka, Noya~ Rin's got a crush~. 

"What!" They both yelled.

"N-no I don't! Daichi is lying." 

"And why would Daichi lie? Huh, Rin." Tanaka asked.
