"Come with me Sierrah, I like to show you something."
Trent said and grab Sierrah's arms to walk with him. He didn't know why he feel this unexplainable desire to talk to her, talk to her about that thing that lingers on his mind since they go to the country park.
On their way towards the room where he wants to reveal to her what is hidden for so long in his heart. The images of Sierrah and Triston on the country park come flashing in his mind. He replay again the scence of how his son listen to his Teacher while she affectionately put a towel on Triston's back and Trent said to himself..
She's indeed a mother material.
Then memories of them eating in the dinner table flash in his mind. How he genuinely love the dish she served, And he again realized something and said to himself...
She's definitely a wife material.
They reach the huge gallery room of their ancestral house. He open the door and walk inside, Sierrah quietly follows him.
He scan the familiar room and memories flooded Trent's mind, so many memories that he tried to buried deep in his heart.
But tonight he feel suffocated of these memories, he need to breath, to let go even only for this night. He wants someone to listen to him, to share this secret to someone who he can be trusted.
"Woww really. I hope my mom can also cook delicious food like this."
And the innocent voice of Triston echo on his mind. Trent's heart ache for the boy. His heart ache for the past memories.
"Trent what's wrong? Why are you so upset?"
He heard Sierrah asks in a worried voice but he cannot look at her. He walks further inside and stand at a very familiar painting covered by a cloth for years and look at it intently. Trent is having an internal battle if he will reveal to her this secret or not.
But she's one of the very few that your son trusted so why not trust in her also?
"Teacher Sierrah I think is really a good person. You don't have to doubted her anymore."
Trent close his eyes and take a deep breath.
"Sierrah I want you to understand that this is really hard for me. I-I having fucking second thoughts of what I'm planning to say."
He said but Sierrah remains mute for a minute until she asks what Trent trying to avoid.
"Is this because of what happen in the dinner? Trent tell me, is this about Triston's mother?"
Trent's shoulder stiffen he felt Sierrah walks towards him.
"Don't worry. You don't need to answer my question if its uncomfortable to you Trent. And I know I don't have any right either nosing about Triston's mother---"
"I fucking want to release this burden of hiding this all alone for years, Sierrah." He look at him with pained expression.
"You know already about the accident happened 5 years ago right?"
