Gray nothingness surrounded me.

It swirled around me relentlessly, and I could feel the wind currents coming off of it.

But that wasn't the biggest problem here.

Not two seconds ago I had passed out in the back seat of the Impala, and now I was out in the storm.

As raging as it was, I was in a small pocket of some what calm.

"What makes you special?" Said the storm around me.

I whirled around, trying to find the source of the voice.

"Oh, I see..... Your blood," it said again, only this time from behind me.

I spun on my feet, turning around.

A woman about my age was literally being formed by the shadows as she stepped out from them.

Her skin was olive, and her hair was a toffee colored, curled, and stopping a few inches past her shoulders. Her eyes were a dark hazel-brown, reminding me of my own.

Her facial feature were prominent, her cheek bones delicately visible under her skin.

She wore a black dress that went to the ground, and the way it rippled made it look like it was moving, like shadows were running around each other to make the dress at her command.

She was beautiful. But I knew what she was.

"Nyx," I said.

Her eyes looked me up and down, studying me.

"That is one name you humans call me, but I haven't heard it in a very long time. Yes, the Greeks named the darkness Nyx. Now, why is your blood so different?" She asked, gracefully walking around me.

"Angel and Demon blood. What's it matter to you?" I asked, full of confidence.

I wasn't cocky. She was a goddess, a key part in the balance of the universe, one of the most powerful beings in existence. But I wasn't scared of her.

Darkness was something I had gotten used to in my life.

"With your blood? You don't know what you're capable of. Come with me, I can help you reach your full potential," she said.

I shook my head. "No thanks. I've seen X-Men Apocalypse. Didn't end well for his horsemen. Besides, I've finally found a family again."

"The man in the car and Dean?" She asked, tilting her head to the side a little.

"Hold up. How do you know Dean?" I asked her.

The Darkness looked confused that I didn't see how she knew Dean.

"Dean had the Mark- my Mark," she said, moving one of the straps of her dress to reveal the Mark of Cain.

"Dean had my Mark, then he didn't. He freed me. We're bonded because of that," she said. "Besides, Dean will be coming with me. And if the other man means so much to you as well, I guess he can come along as well."

I still shook my head, but the fact that she had said that she and Dean were bonded made my head go into overdrive. I knew what she meant, but I refused to see it.

"Nah, we're good. Thanks for the offer, though. Now, can I go back to the car please?" I asked.

Her brown eyes narrowed, studying me again. Then with a wave of her hand, I passed out again.
