⚔Chapter 10⚔

-Anika's POV-

I was in the library, Mizumi was taking care of Synthia, who still had some broken bones left. I was searching up on the glowing violet arrow, I only had the dark blue, it was for destroying unwanted spirits, I also has red, light blue, pink, black, and white. I was still making potions for my arrows, and of course, I also had the plain metallic ones.

As I looked through the potion book for Enchanted Weapons, I saw a potion for violet arrow and- Oh~ Potion for a gold arrow! Dammit Anika! I wrote down the recipe and kept it in my pocket, then read the book.

The glowing violet arrow is a paralysing arrow, that can stop a body's movement for 2 weeks. But if used on a non-human, the toxin's will take over their body, and stop them from living. One man, centuries ago, hit this arrow to a spirit/ghost. The man reported back and collapsed immidietly, whatever happened is truly unknown. After he collapsed, an entire hour passed and he died immidietly.

Potion for violet arrow:--

"Anika?~" a soft voice was calling my name and I immidietly closed the book, and went to Mizumi.

"There you are, I figured I'd find you in the library" she smiled at me, K smiled at her back, as we walked.

"Oh! I have good news! Syth used a spell on her and she got better! She can now go to school tomorrow!" Mizumi cheered.

"Really!? Cool!" I cheeeed with her.

"Hey Guys!" A black haired female greeted us as we entered our dorm. The library's just near our dorm.

"Syth!" we ran and hugged her.

"I might go back if you guys crush my bones" Syth said while gasping.

"Sorry! I have to go inside my room, I'm still not done with schoolwork" Mizumk sighed and went inside her room.

-Third Person's POV-

When Mizumi shut the door, Synthia walked over to Anika.

"Found anything?"

"Sorta, the violet arrow is a paralysing arrow. It can paralyse anything, but when someone tried it on a spirit, he collapsed and died in an hour" Anika said, Syth nodded.

"I'll be out, if Mizu asks, tell her I went out for a walk" Anika said and went in her room. After a minute, she came out wearing a gray jacket, and black jogging pants.

"Go out without a wig, you might use your magic" Syth told her and Anika removed her wig, and contact lenses, then went out the dorm, sneekily.

-Anika's POV-

As I walked, I felt magic quite nearby. I made sure I was ready in combat if he/she was ready to strike. Suddenly, a violet arrow came and missed me by an inch.

"Hey!"

I shouted, I sprung back from the arrow and hit someone. I can tell it was female. her nose and mouth were hidden by a scarf, her long eyelashes and piercing dark blue eyes, and long wavy black hair tied up into a ponytail.

"What the?!" The person tried gitting me with their bow, but I hit her with a fist full of fire. She ran off, while I ran back into the dorm.

-Third Person's POV-
The next day, Anika was quite annoyed by the person she encountered, she told about it to Synthia, and also Mizumi. So now they're always ready for an ambush.

Mizumi and Synthia went ahead into class, I accidentally forgot my bag and contact lens. Now I hit a black haired chick, and dropped my bag.

"Ah! Sorry!" I apologized and the woman's brown eyes twinkled.

"Nice necklace"

"Oh! My friend gave it to me personally" I lied, she stared at my necklace as she helped me with my things. my necklace is pure yellow and white gold, the pendant is my family crest.

"Uh..thanks.." I thanked her.

"No problem! And umm...do you know where Room 302 is?" She asked.

"Oh..that's my class, I can bring you there"I smiled at her an she followed me.

We arrived at rhe classeoom and I immidietly went to my seat. One of the head teachers entered our room.

Oh no! Is he gonna our new homeroom teacher?! An oldie?!

"Hello everyone, we have a new teacher to replace Ms. Jenna because of the unfortunate accident" Oh yay.

"Please welcome Ms. Aurelle" he said and the black haired chick came in. oh.

"Excuse me Ms. Aurelle, are you the mother of AHEM, her?" The girl with short red hair and blue eyes-forgot her name-pointed over to Syth, and they gave each other death glares, they seem to be bigger rivals than me and Syth.

"Uh..I'm single..do I look old to you?" Aurelle smiled and her face darkened.

"N-No!"

"Good, now I have to find..-" she stoped at me and smiled " Thank you and sorry for awhile ago" she bowed.

"N-No need!" I waved my hand dismissidly.

"May I know your names?"

It was finally me, Syth, and Mizu's lane, we were to greet ourselves.

"Good Morning, my name is Yuzura Umizo" Syth greated and bowed.

"Nice to meet you Ms. my name is Keira Amaya" I greeted and bowed.

"Hi Ms. Aurelle, my name is Ayama Tengoku"

"Nice Blue hair"

-Third Person's POV-

"Hurry Up!" Anika shouted.

"Wait! Jeez" Mizumi shouted back and dragged Syth.

So she's friends with the blue haired girl.. A woman in the shadows smirked.

"Achho!"

Anika was shivering under the covers of her blanket. I can't be like this! I'm a fire mage dammit!

"Anika?" Mizumi peeked through and saw Anika having a hard time.

"N-Nika-chab?! Are you all right?!" Mizumi asked in concern.

"C-Call..Syth.."

"Syth!!"

"Yah?- Nika?!" Syth ran to her friends side, and her hand glowed as she used her magic.

Her eyes widened and said "Y-You have poison inside of you"

"Huh?!" Mizumi looked at her in disbeleif, Anika just grimaced.

"Did you inhale anything? Got shot?" Syth asked Anika worriedly.

"Remember about the woman who attacked me? A violet arrow...missed me by an..inch" Anika answered lowly.

"Violet? But isn't that for paralysing?" Syth said.

"No...a glowing violet arrow is...not just a normal violet" Anika said and slowly closed her eyes.

"Wake up!"
