(l/n) cried that night, wishing she was back home with her parents and friends. She regretted bidding on Eita now, cursing her friend for making her and even paying. They wanted her back in the dating scene, but they didn't know she already sort of had a relationship.
It was supposed to be a one night stand, but after they had already met up over times, they decided to not put a label on anything.
Terushima wasn't exactly very good at conveying his emotions, but he made it clear she was more than a fling to him. (l/n) had only told one person about her thing with Yuuji. Akihiro.
He was a good friend. She missed his embrace when she was having a bad day.
Akihiro owes me over a thousand hugs for all the things I'm going through.
(l/n) leaned back into her bed, wishing the blankets and pillows would swallow her up. Sinking into her dreams, (l/n) thought of her family. She met them again, that night in her dreams. They loved her so much. So much...
The next morning, the girl woke up and looked at the clock thinking she woke up early. It was already 12 pm.
He didn't come to say goodbye...
Every day she had been in his possession, Semi had said goodbye and woken her up. Why wasn't he here now?
Panic started to fill (l/n)'s heart. Where was he? Did he get bored of her? Was he just going to leave her forever now?
But that would be a good thing. She could go home. Home to everyone she loved.
Turning her attention back to escaping, (l/n) found that only her wrists were bound. She could probably gnaw away at them and regain control of her hands.
The door was still locked though, and the windows were boarded up. Maybe she could bang on them and someone would notice. After all, boarded up windows are pretty suspicious. So, she set to work at biting off her restraints. Her teeth and lips were in pain, and (l/n)'s gums were cut up, but she kept going.
She managed to get most of the rope off to where she could rip it. After a few strong pulls, the rope snapped. (l/n) wiped her lip and tackled the next issue. Getting out.
The girl would never get out through the door, and even if she did, what was next? Maybe she could grab a weapon. The lock on the other side however, couldn't be bust open.
The window would be her best bet. The (h/c)-haired girl
The planks were nailed down hard. (l/n)'s heart sank. She wouldn't be able to remove the nails.
Unless...
She checked the planks. 12 x 12, most likely white pine. A smirk tugged at (l/n)'s lips.
I don't need to remove the nails.
She looped the rope that was used to tie her wrists around the board and grasped both ends tightly. Adjusting her grip a little, (l/n) pulled with about half her total force.
The boards splintered a little.
This time, she pulled with all her force and fell back as the board snapped with ease.
One down, two to go.

Semi didn't go to school that day. He had more important places to be. Taking his dad's car instead of his own, he set off.
He followed the directions Tendou had given him, 12,000 yen in his pocket.
The place was far out of Miyagi, heading into Tokyo. Finally, he reached a building that looked not run down, but wasn't attracting any unsuspecting customers either. He walked in and was met with the strong scent of marijuana, to the point where Semi had to cover his nose for a bit.
A woman with short hair and a skinny frame was leaning against the front desk, smoking. She must have been around 5'9.
"Satori." Eita said as he walked up to the lady. She let out a puff and looked at him before holding out her hand. He took out 9000 yen and handed it to her. The lady counted the money up and took another drag of her cigarette before sticking her hand in her pocket to fish around for something.
When she found what she retrieved, she put a bag of weed in Semi's hand.
He thanked her and left quickly, the smell quickly invading his nose again.
Then he drove to the drugstore and picked up two bottles of NyQuil.
That should be enough.
For good measure he picked up some bandages, painkillers, and thicker boards too. He knew his girl wasn't going to like this.
He went straight home after that, expecting that (l/n) was already finding a way out. It was 12:30.
Semi hurried back, parked sloppily into his driveway, and burst into the house.
"(f/n)?!" He shouted anxiously. What if she escaped? Maybe he took too long. Semi sprinted up the stairs and flung open (l/n)'s door. The window pane had been taken off the frame, and halves of wood were left on the ground.
He rushed over to the window and stuck his head out, but couldn't see the floor due to the roof stretching out, covering the ground beneath.
Semi jut a leg out and pulled himself onto the roof, peering over the edge. Nothing. He was about turn around before hearing the sound of shingles clanking and felt rope around his neck, growing tighter. The boy started choking, freezing momentarily. He was pulled back, losing his footing.
Semi pulled at the rope that seemed to tighten the more he pulled. Eventually, he made a hole big enough to pull his head through. (l/n) yelled something and pulled her rope away, trying to escape. Semi turned to give chase, her (h/c) locks just barely slipping past him. The boy chased her to the end of the roof, slowly advancing.
(l/n) couldn't back up anymore. "Please, let me go. I didn't do anything to you!"
"You've done more than you know (f/n). Your existence has been driving me crazy, every time I look at you... I have thoughts. What they're about is unimportant." He stated calmly, the slight wind ruffling his hair. He took another step as (l/n) brandished the rope as some sort of weapon. "And why I'm keeping you here?"
"Well..."
He took another step forward.
"Because I love you."
After another step, (f/n) looked back for a split second and whispered something before locking eyes with Semi again. An eerie smile was on his face, different from the usual soft harmless ones he had given before. Something sinister lurked behind those eyes.
She fell.
It's kind of beautiful in a way.
Semi watched her go down. The way her hair tangled, looping around her neck. The way her arms shot up to try to grab onto something. The way her legs seemed to disconnect from the rest of her momentarily. The only thing that didn't seem to register falling was her face.
Mouth open in a soft oval and eyes proud as ever.
Semi sat down as she landed with a sickening crunch, legs hanging over the edge of the roof; staring. He didn't care if his neighbours saw anymore. He planned to leave soon anyways.
I guess that's one thing I couldn't take away.
Her pride.
