Thank you for reading. I'm sorry that it's taken me this long to update but school is a bitch. I mean, school sucks. Ignore the last word.  I'll try to get back to updating but might be more spread out. Here's a tip though. Don't do honors and try to learn a language at the same time unless you're sure you can do it. Anyway, enjoy.

I looked up at the sun. The bright rays beat down on me as I felt the sand underneath my feet. So this is a beach. Strange, I thought it would be more crowded. I read that somewhere. I wonder if people just got sick? I shook my head. Best not think about that. I looked out at the water. It's so blue.

I saw Haruhi sitting underneath an umbrella and went to join her. "Oh hey Gema. Aren't you going to swim?" "Honestly, it's so big that I'm afraid I'm gonna sink and drown." She stared at me like I was crazy. "You're weird Gema." "Thank you. It's annoying to be normal." She laughed. "So how are you liking the beach?"

"This sucks. I thought going to the beach would mean a day off." I chuckled. "Yeah right. We were just lucky that last time was a day off." "Um, Haruhi? Gema?" We both looked back to see three girls. One of them leaned down. "Aren't you going to go swimming with us." I shook my head.

"Sorry ladies. I'm quite tired from coming over here. Maybe later?" They looked at Haruhi. "No...uh. I like looking at the sea from a safe distance." The one on the right side spoke next. "Well, if you're not going to swim, do you mind if we sit here with you and talk?" I shuddered and looked at Haruhi. Please say no.

"But why? You girls should go swim.You got cute swimsuits on so why not show them off?" I chuckled at their lovestruck faces. Haruhi is just naturally charming. They took off towards the water and I laughed at Haruhi. "So you're flirting with all the ladies now?" She tilted her head. "I didn't flirt though. I just said they had cute swimsuits." I stared at her.

"You're so naive and innocent." "Wha?" "Don't worry about it." I wonder what would happen if I just started flirting with Haruhi. What would the boys do? She stood up and started walking down the beach. "Can I come to Haruhi?" She smiled. "Sure." We walked down some when we were called by Honey.

"Haru-chan! Gem-chan!" I looked at Mori who was standing like a pirate. How cute. Wait no. I felt my cheeks warm up and I slapped them. Do not think like that now! No. "Want to go hellfish hunting?" Both Haruhi and I sweatdropped. "I think you're trying to say shellfish hunting." "Shush Haruhi. Hellfish hunting sounds more fun." "But this doesn't seem like that type of beach Honey-senpai. You're not gonna find many she..."

He already had a bucket full?! I felt something crawling on my foot and looked down to see hundreds of shellfish. What the heck? Mori came over and picked me up so I was like Ciel Phatomhive and he's Sebastion. I felt my cheeks burn up again. He started climbing over a pile of rocks to see people unloading shellfish. Those guys were the same people from the water park!

They wanted to make it up to Honey and me. I shrunk in Mori's arms. Frick frack. He jumped down from the rock pile. "Mori, you can let me down now." He didn't look at me. I sighed. "Can I be set down?" Still nothing. "Mori." He glanced at me. "Please set me down." "No." He looked away while I stared at him with a dumbstruck expression.

The girls freaked out when they saw a bug. I quickly jumped out of Mori's arms. Wow, I should've done that a while ago. Anyway, I raced over to Haruhi. She grabbed it and threw it. No! "Haruhi, I wanted the bug." She gave me a smile. "Next one then." Another scream. Wow. That was quick. I looked over to see a snack. Even better.

I quickly picked it up. It was the Common Blind Snack. I love these! I held it close as the girls stared. "How are you holding it Gema? Aren't you worried that they'll attack you? You could get poisoned." I laughed. "This is a Common Blind Snake. Not venomous. Completely harmless. Wanna pet it?" Some of the girls came forwards.
