"my cousin didn't die. he's alive! jeno's alive! h-he's somewhere.. please believe me, lee donghyuck!"

"baby, it's your seventh time drinking that. please stop.." her soon to be husband suddenly barged in her room to see her drinking cans of cola.

she turned to see him with a concerned face. it made her chuckle before looking at all the cans she drank.

"hyuck, it's just cola... don't you remember what jeno told me? no drinking until i'm married" she said in a weak tone. donghyuck sighs out loud.

sometimes he is so confused about who she loves more, is it jeno or him? but he doesn't want to question her, she loves jeno as an older brother while she loves donghyuck as the love of her life.

a week actually has passed since jeno's disappearance. she believed her cousin didn't die in a tragical way. he must be somewhere hidden, but she had no idea where.

donghyuck walk to her bed before taking away the cola harshly off her hand, causing her to glare at him.

"eunyoung, just stop overreacting. you're doing too much. you're including him on any subjects you can. just stop it. our wedding is in two days, i don't like seeing you like this. just, move on." donghyuck suddenly don't have the patience to hold on anymore. he didn't know what to say anymore, he felt like he said everything back to back.

eunyoung looks down, feeling a little guilty that she made donghyuck mad. "look, i didn't ask you to be here. i just want to have my alone time. jeno meant the world to me, we only have each other. you should be glad that i let you in my life. or i wouldn't have strength to even wake up every day. i might be dead after knowing jeno is dead too" she said, eyes full of tears.

donghyuck sat down on the bed, looking at eunyoung as she was sobbing. donghyuck's hands travelled to eunyoung's small and cute hands, gently holding it.

"eunyoung, you can't suffer like this. i believe jeno is still alive and doing well out there. he's just somewhere hidden. let's not make things worse. i discussed with renjun on walking you down the aisle. he agreed. now, now-"

at last, eunyoung yank donghyuck's hands away in anger as she stood up. she didn't know why she was suddenly mad at donghyuck, he didn't do anything wrong, but something triggered her.

"lee haechan, do you actually understand that i can't be fine like this when i just lost my one and only family? i get it! you and i are different. you have lots of friends beside you, a loving family. you have it all! fuck, i don't even deserve you to be in my life! i'm pathetic without jeno. i'll be even more pathetic without you.. i can't keep up, jeno and i survived together to be like this" eunyoung says all she can to donghyuck who looks hurt to what she said about herself.

"g-give me time. i promise to be back for our wedding. i really... love you. but i can't give up on jeno, he's the only family i have" eunyoung said, leaving donghyuck alone sitting on her bed with a gloomy face.

"eunyoung? she's my cousin," jeno smiles after hearing yeeun's question. yeeun remembered jeno calling a name and mentioned a wedding before.

she suddenly wanted to know about his life, which was rare for her to ask her previous men. jeno sigh loudly, worried about how eunyoung is doing.

"you see, noona. you and i live in pain. me and eunyoung lost our family after a tragedy. the maid told me your parents left after knowing you're a psycho," jeno stops, checking on the older who nods to let him continue on his words.

"we all live in different pains. sometimes, treating them with happiness is what we actually need" jeno said, his eyes sparkled as he was admiring the mother nature in front of him.

yeeun has been admiring him for awhile. after what he said, she somehow felt lucky.

"nono. can i call you that?" yeeun asked, making jeno to look at her before smiling at her. "whatever makes you happy. i'll call you eun noona" after hearing the sudden nickname from jeno, she let out a laugh.

"oh.. about eunyoung. when is she gonna have her wedding?" the woman asked after talking about the nicknames.

"in two days... i hope she's okay. i know she can't live without me, but she needs to live in order to be happy with donghyuck" jeno smiles sadly.

he knows how eunyoung will be without him. he's not trying to make yeeun guilty for taking him to her place, he's just worried about eunyoung right now.

when they were 18 years old, eunyoung was near to giving up. jeno didn't let her, believing she'll succeed at the future. jeno was the reason why she's here.

"do you want to see her on her wedding?" yeeun's question made jeno immediately look at her with a surprised look. he wasn't expecting anything like this from yeeun.

he thought it was rare for something like this to happen, but it's happening right now.

"you want to meet eunyoung?" he blink multiple times, trying to hide his excitement and exposing it after yeeun's answer.

"yeah, i want to see how beautiful she is so i can compare her with myself-" jeno let out a relieving 'wow' from his mouth.

he jump from the bench before taking out the woman's hand and pulling her to stand up. "i'm so excited! you don't know how beautiful she is that time she wore her wedding dress! even donghyuck was smiling brightly seeing her in the dress! she's the same like you, made to be beautiful" jeno caress yeeun's hands softly while looking at her in the eyes.

but, he didn't know how much worse eunyoung has go.
