"eunyoung, i don't get you... why are you so focused on jeno?"

"eunyoung!" luckily donghyuck was fast to get out of her house before she could even step further from her house.

eunyoung turns to see donghyuck with another concerned expression on his face. she stop walking when donghyuck walk up to her.

"stop. i don't want you to be like this, i'm sorry. i know what i said was wrong. i shouldn't have told you to move on. i've lost one of my family before, i know how it feels like. but for now, let's search for jeno once again after our honeymoon, okay? i promise to be by your side" donghyuck said to the love of his life, begging for her to calm down.

eunyoung didn't know what to do right now. she knows donghyuck loves her, and she loves him too. it's just hard, knowing jeno is still not to be found.

at last, eunyoung teared up once again in front of donghyuck. she sat down on the grasses, hiding her face away from donghyuck who's sitting next to her too.

"baby.. don't be like this please.. we'll find him" donghyuck said and embrace her in his arms.

eunyoung shouldn't have been in a deep mess like this. she honestly can't control herself right now, jeno is like a big brother to her.

now that she has a lover, it's hard for her to make up her mind. to her, lovers can wait, but families can't.

"donghyuck, i'm so sorry. i've wronged you" she mumbled with tears still coming down. donghyuck shushed her softly, kissing the top of her head back to back. "i know how messed up this is because.. i've never seen you like this. i know it's hard for you to handle this.." donghyuck said.

eunyoung never felt so guilty before. after knowing that she hurts donghyuck with her words, guilt strikes to her.

"i'm so disappointed right now, i don't know what to say.." after eunyoung sleeps peacefully, donghyuck called renjun to have a talk about how damaged eunyoung is right now.

renjun sigh after hearing the full story. he face palm himself.

"hyuck, calm down a bit. she's losing her only family. of course she's not gonna do well. you just, gotta be with her and comfort her with all you can do" renjun said as he tried to make donghyuck feel better after what happened.

it was donghyuck's turn to sigh. he never wanted this to happen. he never want to hate his own friend. he never want to give up on his love to eunyoung. but right now, he has a feeling that he's not special.

he is special to eunyoung, he just didn't get why she's so focus on jeno. "hyuck, i have to go.. i have to walk my dog. talk to you later" renjun hung up after donghyuck told him to.

donghyuck is so disappointed, he can't think of anything positive. he wanted to cry his eyes out, but that won't make him better. he wished he can say the truth to eunyoung right now, but he's afraid that he will hurt her with his words.

"hyuck," donghyuck heard eunyoung's voice. he turned to see eunyoung half awake. he awed looking at the woman, who looks like a baby.

eunyoung sat down next to donghyuck as she put her arms around him. he smiled softly after feeling her warmth. this is what he actually wants from her.

a comfortable hug wouldn't hurt.

eunyoung closed her eyes shut, she felt bad for donghyuck. after eavesdropping the conversation he had with his best friend, her heart shattered knowing he's disappointed with her actions earlier. maybe donghyuck was right, maybe she is overreacting.

she hug donghyuck tighter, sniffing. she may be scared on losing jeno, but this time she should focus more to donghyuck, her soon-to-be husband.

"i'm really sorry," eunyoung kept on apologizing to him. he only smiles while stroking her hair softly, enjoying the sudden warmth from eunyoung.

jeno stared at the sky that is filled with sparkly stars which made his eyes sparkle beautifully.

he remembered this moment when he was enjoying this view with his late sister, who's now resting in peace with all of his family. he remembers every single memory he spent with all of his family, making him sad after knowing they are no longer with him and eunyoung.

"i wish i have my phone right now. i want to talk to eunyoung so bad.. i'm worried about who's gonna walk her to the aisle.." he mumbled under his breath, taking a deep breath before letting it out with a heavy sigh.

it's not only eunyoung in his mind, everyone is. he hope everyone is doing good after hearing his disappearance. he watched the news and he was labeled missing. of course people believed he was missing and maybe, people think he's dead after missing for a week.

"eunyoung, please be okay. donghyuck is more important than me," he said, furrowing both of his eyebrows. he can't but be really worried about eunyoung right now since her wedding is tomorrow.

he can't handle seeing eunyoung unhappy just because of his disappearance. he wants to approach and hug her on her wedding day, but he knows yeeun's plan.

and with that, he has to accept the fact that he can't go too close to look at eunyoung.

that was his wishlist, seeing eunyoung in the wedding dress, standing next to her and looking at her proudly like she's his daughter.

it's so hard for him to escape. all he knows is he needs to please yeeun. he needs to play his role perfectly, so that yeeun will be satisfied with everything.
