HARRY

The concert went on luckily without a hitch, but our fans have a good way of catching Louis and I off guard. Everyone knows we are together, why can't we just tell the whole world? The one time I almost let my guard down was when we sang 'Little Things' I was sitting right next to Lou, his hand so close to mine, it would have been so easy to grab it tight and place it in my own lap, its rightful place. My fingers twitched towards his slightly as I sang, but I never went through with the action.

Part of me wishes I did. But, the concert ended, and we were back on the tour bus.

Louis and I usually liked to stay together on the bus overnight, or in a hotel room together. It depended on how long the day was or what was available in the hotel. Luckily, that night we scored with a shared hotel room.

Our crew loaded everything into the swanky place, setting each of our overnight bags in our respective rooms on the floor we had to ourselves. I sighed entering the room, feeling relieved the night was almost over and took off my brown chelsea boots.

Louis was still in the hallway with the other boys, but I didn't have the energy to go out and talk with them. So instead, I pulled my black t-shirt and matching black skinnies off and threw them in a pile in the corner of the large room. Then just in my boxers, I put on a pair of  short shorts and prepared myself to sleep.

Ten or so minutes later I was cuddled up comfortably in the bed Louis and I would share once he came in, which was taking him a lot longer than expected. I wondered what he was doing and why it was taking so long, but my thoughts subsided as I fell asleep.

What felt like hours and hours later, I heard the door click and my heart dropped. This happened every time I heard Louis, his voice, his cough, his laugh, even the click of the door opening as he was coming to meet me.

"Haz?" A voice said, and it caught me off guard. Normally Louis just slipped in without saying a word. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and looked up at him standing above me. "Yeah Lou?" He crouched down beside my bed, and I admired his pretty features.

He had a pair of baggy gray sweatpants on, paired with my hoodie I gave him. He had his glasses on, and they were slightly coming off, hanging on tightly to the tip of his nose.

He sat there in silence, looking into my eyes and stroking my  curly hair. "You are so beautiful." He said quietly, as if he was thinking out loud and didnt mean for me to hear.

"Stop..." I said, and I could feel myself blushing. He smiled a smile of sunshine and shook his head, it made my heart warm inside. "Come to bed." I whined to him, moving my legs around uncomfortably. I was never able to sleep completely soundly unless Louis was by my side.

He nodded and pulled off his own clothes. By this point I was sitting upright against the headboard, staring at the boy's body.

Tattoos wrapped around his arms and thin waist, and his collarbones popped out a bit. Louis was small and skinny, and his legs were short. Shorter than any of the other guys. His hair looked messy, like he had been playing with it too much.

He took off everything other than his boxers, and climbed in next to me.

Our faces were one movement from touching, and I could feel his warm breath on my features as we stared at each other. I lifted my hand to touch his cheek, softly caressing it with my thumb. "I'm tired of this." I said suddenly, not even thinking about it.

He put his hand on mine and slightly nodded. "I am too. So tired." And with that he closed his eyes, but pulled himself closer to me while doing so. His body laid against mine, and it made me warm and snug. I kissed his forehead as he drifted off to sleep.

I hoped he knew what I meant. I wasn't talking about the long nights, or the tours, or the boys, or the band in general.

I was tired of having to hide the beautiful wonderful secret that was our love.
