Kylie's POV:

I've been working for The Turks Mafia for 4 years in counting. 25 years of age. Meaning I've been here since the day I could finally drink. During my childhood, my mother always physically abused me. So, I snuck fighting lessons from The Turks leader's dad Andre. I kicked her ass almost killed her and left at 17. I took care of myself since and didn't come across Andre again until my 21st birthday. As a gift, he gave me money, a nice home, and security. In return I joined his Mafia. I wanted perfect training before I did a thing. Now that I'm fully trained, I can work with the leader Antonio. Whom I've never met even though we were close of age.

I stepped out of the car very nervous. Though, I didn't show my nervousness because I heard Antonio was strict and cold hearted. We stood in the rain. One of the guards was holding an umbrella for me. My eyes looked very worrying but I put on glasses and bit on my lip so it wouldn't show.

Antonio finally arrives. "You're late", Andre says to Antonio as he steps out of the limo. "I think I'm aware", Antonio says. "Antoni-" Antonio interrupts him and walks closer to him, "Running a Mafia consists of me actually doing shit Father." I noticed Andre gritting his teeth out of irritation, but I tried not to make eye contact with him. Then, I feel Antonio's eyes on me. I grew the courage to finally meet his eyes. I was stunned but I tried not to show it. He is the most attractive man I've ever come across. He had a well chiseled, structured face with beautiful green eyes. Delicate brown hair. Smooth and clear looking skin. Even though he was wearing a full outfit, I could tell he was built. When he walked up to me and stood way taller than me and spoke in a deep, husky voice. "What's your name?" I responded firmly "Kylie Heart", I felt my heart beat out of my chest every time I heard him speak.

He gestured me to get into the car so I did so. I am a tough woman I believe. But I'm not one to be stubborn. Especially when I'm around men who could kill me at any given time. Antonio barely said a word the whole car ride. He never even looked at me. The girls I trained with knows Antonio. They told me that he is one that can capture every girl's eye but no one can catch his. He's strictly business and doesn't have the time or care to have a family. Everyone guesses and says that it's because he's scared of commitment. But I'm not one to judge off of what others told me. I'd rather hear it from him.

We went into his building and I stood at the reception and while he went into his office. I noticed the receptionist staring at him as he walked back to me. "You're to be my assistant and my guard in one. I want to test you. If I don't feel like you're ready, I'll send you back to my dad and have him do whatever with you. I disagreed with having a woman as one of my guards. But since I don't want to seem sexist, I told my dad I'd give it a try. And from the looks of it, you seem all looks. Don't fuck up Kylie." He told me coldly then turned his shoulder to me. The feeling of underestimation always angered me. It reminded me of how my mother was. She always told me as she beat me "You're not stronger than me." I zoned out thinking about it until Antonio snapped his fingers and me back to reality.
