Where's Emily? Pt. 2

Kylie's POV:

Camryn and I rushed into the office and see Antonio setting everything up. "Kylie, sit by me and take notes. I need everything planned well." He said without making eye contact with me. I felt embarrassed because I was dressed in joggers and a t-shirt versus everyone else in prepared to fight. Dana pointed to her back and mouthed, "I have your back," which made me very happy. Even if Dana didn't have a spear, I would've still did what I had to do. Especially since Emily is involved. I missed her. I feel like I can tell her anything. She was always so kind to me.

"Whoever did this is smart and obviously knows what they're doing." Antonio started then continued to talk.

I was fiddling with my pen as I was allowing Antonio to talk. "We need to blow everything up. make sure everyone who works for whoever did this dies. Whoever planned this shit needs to die. And I want to watch the place she's held in burn down. We need to rush in in big groups and-," Erwin interrupted him and stood up.

"That's what he wants. He wants us to be rambunctious." He said.

"I've been in situations like this before Erwin, I know what I'm doing." Antonio said irritatedly.

"No, no. He's right Antonio. Like you said, whoever planned this knows what they're doing. He expects us to be rambunctious. Which means it's a-," I paused as Penny interrupted me.

"DISTRACTION!" She jumped up and yelled.

I smirked and pointed my pen to her, "Correct. We need to be quiet when we do this."

I noticed Antonio looking at all of his different well sketched out plans. He was thinking hard and he knew we were right. He's used to being a perfectionist with everything. He couldn't afford to be wrong. Especially when it came down to Emily.
"I have just the plan." He said smirking evilly. I watched all the men in the room chuckle devilishly and smiled vengefully. That's when I knew what was going down.

Antonio's POV:

I rode in the car with Erwin, Camryn, Tanner, and Rico. The car ride was dead and silent. Rico was clinching onto the wheel tightly as he drove. I knew he was upset. That was his wife for goodness sake. Now you see why I don't catch feelings. I see everyone either as an associate, a family member, or an enemy. I make sure to keep no one but family close to me. Therefore, I don't have any accidents. I allowed Kylie to be too close. Luckily, I didn't feel anything for her. And I was hoping she feels the same way. I'm no good for her and she will definitely bring problems.

I pated Rico on his arm and he sighed, "I'm surprised you didn't tell me 'I told you so'," he said while looking straight forward.

"Whatever do you mean bro?" I rhetorically questioned.

"You know what I'm talking about. Falling in love with working in something so recklessly." He said disappointedly.

"I can't be mad at you. You view love in ways I could never see. I can't critique you for being happy with someone. Now, let's focus on getting your wife back," I said as we parked in discreet place.

Everyone got out geared and ready. I needed the girls and my main men to go in first. Including Kylie. And of course, she was nowhere to be found.

"Where's Kylie." I asked annoyed.

"We had a guard driving and one in the passenger seat. With the three of us in the back, it was hard for her to change. She should be here any minute." Dana said while smiling.

"Well she outta hurry up. Last time, we were almost late to a business dinner." I said irritatedly.

"Well that won't happen again because as you can see Mr. Ricci, I'm here." She said carelessly.

I turned to talk back but I paused looking at how incredibly sexy she looked in the leather.

She barely met my eyes but walked passed me leading the girls behind her.

"Penny will call you when we get closer to the security camera room Erwin." She said dominantly as they walked in.

I couldn't help but to smirk at her bossiness. The fact that she liked to get shit done sets me on fire. It's intriguing and sexy. I shook it off and decided to head in.

We quietly killed guards at every door. Erwin's phone vibrated and he headed to the security room. He texted where he seen Emily locked up at. As I was walking towards there, I heard a familiar voice. Then I heard Emily sobbing. "I said shut up!" He yelled in a whisper. I darted my head the direction of the voices. As Rico headed there, the men and I kept our guns the same direction.

"Boss you may want to come see this,"  Rico said

I walked to him then my heart dropped once I seen Daniel. The man who works closest with my dad.

"Oh, it looks like you brought the whole team Mr. Ricci," he said with a brief chuckle.

He pointed his gun to Emily and Rico quickly got in his knees. I've never seen him so devastated. So desperate.

"Please don't shoot her. She doesn't deserve it. She deserves the world." Rico said in a low tone.

"Last time I checked, the world was an evil place" Daniel coldly.

As soon as I heard a click. Rico screamed "NO!" And slammed his body against the bars. All I heard was a gunshot and Emily screamed. Everything happened so fast, I didn't realize Rico got shot.
