Antonio's POV:

Kylie was pretty much all over me until she noticed how distant I was. I barely spoke. I didn't answer when she asked me what was wrong.

I made sure there Camryn, Tanner, and many other security guards were making sure Dana and Penny were safe. Emily is very well trained as well as Dana, Penny, and Kylie. Just more skilled. It quickly realized that she was alone and it was more than one person who pursued this kidnap. But who exactly. I had many different people who wanted to take me down but no one has ever stoop this low. People should know not to mess with my family.

Kylie tried her best to stay by my side and comfort me even though she clearly knew nothing was going to get my mind off what happened. The girls are like my sisters. Especially Emily. Then I knew something I had to get out of the way. I didn't give up, I did what was best for us.

Kylie's POV:

I knew in my heart Antonio was going through a rough time. Nothing would make him happy but I wanted him to know I was there. We got off the boat and Antonio turned me me. He removed my arm from his shoulders and I looked confused for a minute. Did I do something wrong? He looked me in my eyes and said coldly and clearly, "We can't let what happened between get into our heads, let alone happen again. We just aren't compatible Kylie and you know I don't do relationships and I don't believe in love. We work together and what we did was a mistake. This is an arrangement. Not a damn fairytale." He got into one out of the two cars and the driver drove him away.

As I was about to get in the car, I was stopped by someone. I turned to see none other than the fabulous Janet. She looked at me and I looked down trying to hide the fact that I was hurt.

"Kylie, I just want you to know how deeply sorry I am. I didn't know he was married. If I did, I would've respected it. He just never brought things up until that night. But we talked about it and I told him I was fine with keeping things professional. Are we ok?" She said while smiling sweetly.

The apology seemed genuinely and I was glad that she wasn't the mean type. I don't usually judge pretty women. Anyone who's confident and sees what they like goes for it. She seemed confident but never liked the thought of being a burden. I put on a smile and lifted my head up while holding her hands. "We're ok. I promise. I know it was just a misunderstanding. My husband and I talked about it. The word husband tasted sour coming out of my mouth. She nodded and walked away to her security guards.

As I got in the car, I had many thoughts flowing through my mind. Antonio never liked me in the first place but he said I could never say I wasn't his. Another thought occurred to me that it was most likely because of Emily. I see why everyone was so devastated about her kidnapping situation. She's so good to the people she cares about. Then I put two and two together. Antonio says he doesn't believe in love and to top it off, doesn't have the correct lifestyle to be involved with anyone. He genuinely doesn't catch feelings. His mind is fixed on his work and family. I wouldn't blame him for it. I couldn't be mad. But the words he said that night was still wrapped around my head. I set it straight and said in my mind 'I'm not his and he is not mine. Antonio doesn't do relationships. He doesn't do families. And marriage is all for a deal. Don't catch feelings Kylie Heart. Divorce will come eventually.'

Antonio's POV:

Kylie is not a bad person. But a relationship with her would only be lust. Therefore mean nothing to me. I couldn't allow that poor girl to get attached. I would only hurt her feelings and I don't do well with emotions.

I started working in my office trying to find a location on Emily. Still nothing found. I called Erwin to ask him to hack into her cell phone to see if she at least had it on her. Whoever took her is good and knows what they're doing. Kylie softly knocked on my door and I didn't answer. She still walked in. I was hoping that she didn't ask me about us.
