Kris x Susie fanfiction - Control

Something isn't right

Susie and Kris fell again, into the dark world.

When Susie woke up, Kris was gone.

Susie called " Kris? You here? Kri-".
She stopped when she heard sniffles and shouts.

" Shut up! Shut up! Ugh... it's not fair!".

Susie walked behind the tree and gasped.

For it was Kris.

Susie asked " Kris! What's going on?".

Kris shook their head and said " Nothing. Let's go visit Ralsei".

Susie knew something was up, but let it slide. They made their way towards Ralsei's house, Kris suddenly dead silent. Susie quickly broke the tension and questioned " Kris. Why were you crying? Did someone hurt you... CAUSE IF THEY DID-".

Kris sighed " Susie. It's really nothing".

They made their way to the door and knocked. Ralsei appeared " Welcome back, please come in".

Kris instantly walked in and Susie followed. They sat down on a couch while Ralsei brewed some tea and cake.

He handed around the snack and tea then sat down.

He asked " So how've you been, guys".

Kris said " never better".
Ralsei cringed at their tone but brushed it off.

After some chatting, Kris said they were going to the bathroom. Ralsei said " Oh! Sure! Just go left when you reach the kitchen".

Kris nodded.

When they left, Susie said " Ralsei something is wrong with Kris. When we fell this morning, they were behind a tree...crying and shouting to themselves...We should keep an eye on them".

Ralsei nodded.

Kris POV

I locked the door and sat on the bath. I took a deep breath. I had enough of this endless possession and the ' I'm ok' shit. I pulled a knife from my pocket and slowly cut.

Possessed.... cut
Family....cut
Feelings...cut

It went on forever. Soon there were too many cuts to count.

I exited the bathroom and pulled my sleeves down.

After some more chatting, Susie and I went home and locked my bedroom door.

We sat on my bed.

Normal POV

Susie looked at Kris and brushed the hair from their eyes.
She was shocked... their eyes were...red.
They were beautiful but full of so much hidden pain.

Susie asked " Kris. I know something is going on.. please".

Kris smiled, a fake smile that must have hurt " Susie. I'm fine. I was just.... talking to myself".

Susie glared at Kris, unconvinced.

Kris quickly gave her a paper and she glanced at it. " K-kris? This is so sweet. There's you...me...Ralsei...even Lancer".

Kris smiled, trying to distract Susie so she didn't find out about their self-harm.

Kris and Susie went to separate beds and layed down.

They slowly drifted into a nice sleep.

Well until midnight.

Kris started moaning and moving.

Susie woke up and looked over " Kris?".

They started crying and clutching their chest " It hurts..hurts....just.. leave me....ALONE!".

Susie shouted " Kris!!".

They violently shook and their eyes glew bright red.

They screamed " GET....OUT....OF.....ME!!!".

Susie shook Kris awake and they woke up panting heavily.

Susie asked, panicking " Kris? Are you alright? I told you something is off!".

Kris just cried harder. Susie hugged them and drew their head to her breasts. Kris sniffled " Sorry. It's just..a nightmare".

Susie nodded and carried them to her bed " Here. You can stay with me".

She drew her arms over Kris and they slowly fell asleep. Susie softly rubbed their cheek.

She thought to herself ' I knew something was up'.

Kris woke up after Susie did and called " Susie!".

She came in, her hair in a large ponytail and her eyes revealed.

" Yes?".

Kris replied " Thanks for being with me".

Susie nodded and said " Always".

They shared a few kisses.

Susie told them " I'll always be here Kris".

But from that moment, things only got worse. Kris received terrible headaches and they started eating literally nothing. Susie couldn't know.

Kris was going to try kill themself.

But who will save them before it's too late?
