EXPLOSIONS WERE SENT her way as she was plummeted into the air. She tried to use her quirk: blood manipulation but it was weak. White stripes of Sero's tape mixed with Mineta's pop off attempted to immobilise her but she was too quick. With her sharp dagger, she sliced a deep gash on her palm as the crimson blood fell and transformed itself into some kind of rope. She flung her blood towards her enemies, successfully wrapping around them as she tied them together.

"(Last Name) and Bakugo wins," Aizawa lazily announced.

(Name) released her blood off of the two boys before it disappeared back into her palm. Familiar crimson petals blossomed on the wound. Every time she needed to get herself injured to release her quirk, petals replaced scabs and would wilt when the wound is completely healed. (Name) was in a good mood after last night. Kirishima had helped her so much and stayed with her until both of them heard clicks and giggles. They awoke to find their friends snapping pictures on them cuddling. Kirishima kept apologising while (Name) just hugged him to shut him up.

"Aye! Nice job Katsuki!" She rushed over to the blond and held her hand up for a high five. Bakugo just clicked his tongue and walked off, leaving her hanging, muttering something about how she should stop calling him that before he kills her. She stopped in her tracks and started to lower her hand before she felt something slap her palm. She looked up to see Kirishima with a wild toothy grin before giving her a tight hug. "Woah there sharky! I can't breathe!" She wheezed. Kirishima released the poor girl and patted her on the head and ruffled her hair.

"That was so manly!" He beamed. (Name) laughed at his childishness and patted his red spiky head in return.

They continued to chat about the advantages and disadvantages of their new moves. They were to be paired up with certain people and create a new combo move and fight against each other. To (Name)'s luck, she was paired up with Katsuki first. They made up two combos since Katsuki refused to stay back and just watch (Name) fight them. So they made up another one where Katsuki can do the fighting.

Katsuki turned around to see his friends happily talking to each other. He thought back at the time he saw them sleeping together on the lounge couch. The way (Name) looked so comfortable and the way Kirishima held her in his arms safely made him sick. Were they dating? If so then why is she still trying to get with him. He 'tch'ed at the thought of (Name)'s annoying voice asking him to be his boyfriend. She was annoying to him but somehow he wanted her to annoy him. It angered him somehow that she was being all touchy with another man when she liked Katsuki. What was this feeling in his chest? He liked Sayuri, he was sure of it, but why was it that (Name) was the one who always invaded his thoughts.

"Oi! Shitty girl! What the fuck you waiting for? C'mere! You're fucking injured damnit," He called out.

(Name)'s eyes widened as her soft smile turned into a teasing grin. She hugged Kirishima goodbye and she skipped off towards her teammate. She awkwardly walked beside him to the support department. She was confused at first but then she noticed the damage on her and Bakugo's costumes. They went inside without warning to see Mei, surprisingly, busy and quiet working on her new "baby". And there beside her was Sayuri's luscious green hair and green eyes staring directly at Bakugo. Her heart sunk and her throat itched.

No not now.

"Katsuki!" Sayuri shouted. She quickly rushed to the boy, taking him in his arms. (Name) was confused. They were on first name basis and they were intimate. Were they..

"Hey idiot," Bakugo hummed before kissing her forehead. (Name) felt the itch in her throat turn into something more painful. It stabbed not only her neck but her limbs. She felt the petals climb and build up in her mouth. The blood threatened to spill out. She couldn't breathe. They were together. It had to be a sick nightmare right? Katsuki turned to her shaky figure before speaking. "Take off your costume and they'll fix it right away," He spoke calmly.

Ah.. why are you speaking like that? That's not you. You're not swearing. You're not shouting. Why do you act so different around her? She thought.

"Ah this must be (Last name)! Katsuki talks about his friends a lot," Sayuri held her hand up for her to shake. Katsuki placed his arm around her waist and waited for (Name)'s response.

"Don't be rude dumbass and fucking shake the hand," He glared at (Name). She felt like she got stabbed in the heart multiple times. It hurt. She lost. She wasn't going to win him over. There was no chance of Katsuki returning her feelings now. Tears prickled in her eyes but she still didn't shake her hand. Finally gaining control of her body back, she bowed her head and rushed into the nearby bathroom as she heard Bakugo call out to her.

She bursted into a vacant cubicle and vomited. Nothing came out yet except for blood. Litres and litres of scarlet blood. Finally, she felt the petals come out. The stem of the flower refusing to let the air come in and out.

"I can't breathe," She whispered as she stuck her fingers her mouth and began to pull out the flower itself.

The thorns of the rose scraped and wounded the inside of her mouth, causing more petals to bloom inside it. She panicked. It felt like the stem was never ending as she saw two..three..four more roses come out of her mouth and splash into the bloody toilet water. She coughed as her breath came back quickly. She gasped, sobbed and winced at the pain inside her mouth. She could taste the petal that blossomed in her mouth. It was sweet, irony and tasted like caramel. It reminded her the scent of Bakugo when he just showered or when he didn't smell like nitroglycerin. The thoughts of Bakugo's sweet aroma led her to thinking back at the moment a few minutes ago.

They were dating. His arm around her waist, her arms around his neck, that kiss on her forehead. It was over. She laughed at her defeat. With her leftover strength, she flushed the toilet and headed back out to go back to class.

After changing back to her school uniform, she decided to take a leave to Recovery Girl's office for her progress. She knew Aizawa would understand since he was the one who first found out about her situation. She dragged herself in class and interrupted his lecture. He looked in her eyes with pity as she slowly made her way to him. The class was busy writing down the notes that he had written on the board. He walked towards her as he bent down to her mouth so that she could whisper her situation.

"It's getting worse, sensei," She simply whispered. Her neutral face meeting the worried eyes of Kirishima's. Bakugo took a glance at her before continuing his work.

"Go see Recovery girl, I'll check up on you after class," He whispered back. She nodded as he went to his desk and written a note for her to pass onto Recovery Girl. "Take your bag too," He added, his voice slightly louder, loud enough that majority of the class looked up in confusion.

(Name) ignored them and went to her desk, walking past Bakugo and Kirishima. Kirishima held her wrist gently and looked up at the girl, who only looked back with tired eyes and she flashed him a weakened smile. She was getting weaker each day. She took her bag from her desk and headed out the class with the note.

As she knocked on the door of Recovery Girl's office, she lazily set her bag down on her usual bed in the room; the one next to the window.

"How are you feeling, dear?" Recovery Girl began to check on her pulse.

"I feel.." She trailed off before her eyes slowly gave up on fighting to stay awake. "Tired." She finished.
