Chapter 10: The Rescue Plan

Elijah's POV

They're finally back! I've been worried sick about our three guests for hours. I go to hreet them and come face to face with only two.

Jeremy: Hey Elijah, where's Lena?

Me: She wasn't with you guys?

Ashlynn: Well she was, but then she left soon after Caroline's friend Damon Salvatore showed up.

Me: Salvatore? Like Stefan Salvatore?

Jeremy: Yes, that's Damon's brother.

Me: Niklaus! Niklaus get down here!

Klaus: What is it brother?

Me: It's Lena. I fear she's been taken from us by the Salvatores.

Klaus: What?!?!?! I warned him! I warned him to stay away from her! I am going to rip his head off and feed it to the forest animals!

Me: Niklaus wait... there is more than one Salvatore. Stefan has a brother named Damon.

Klaus: So I'll do the same to him. I doubt the animals will mind an extra head to eat.

Me: Brother, you're not thinking clearly. There has to be a reason they did this. It's most likely a trap. We need a plan.

Klaus: No Elijah, what we need is a witch.

Ashlynn: Me and Jer know a witch. Her name is Bonnie Bennett.

Me: Oh a Bennett witch. The most powerful bloodline of witches.Can you call her?

Ashlynn: Absolutely.

As soon as Ashlynn went to call the Bennett witch me and Klaus started planning

Klaus: So what's the plan brother?

Me: Well first we're gonna need the witch to do a locating spell to track Lena down. Jer, we're gonna need your blood for that. Then after that we're gonna need a human to come with us, just in case we need invited in.

Klaus: We've got two humans right here. Which one do you wanna take Jeremy or Ashlynn?

Me: No, absolutely not Niklaus. These two will never be put in harms way.

Klaus: Well then what do you suggest us do brother? Just snatch up a random human off the streets.

Jeremy: We have a friend that's a vampire hunter. His names Nathan Forbes, he's Caroline's twin brother.

Me: Ok, can you get ahold of him? Oh and ask him to bring all of the vampire hunters he knows.

Jeremy: Ok Elijah, I'll ask him.

Me: Ok here's the plan brother, and you're not gonna like it. We need all the help we can get. We don't know what the Salvatores have planned. We are gonna need our brothers and sister.

Klaus: If you think that's the only way to save Lena then let's go raise the dead.

We go upstairs to undagger our siblings and wait for them to awaken.

First one to wake is our beloved sister Rebekah. Then soon after her came Kol, then Finn.

Me: Ok siblings, our beloved doppleganger has been taken from us and we need all the help we can get to get her back safely.

Rebekah looked at me like I was crazy. The she looked between Kol and Finn. Then her eyes wandered over to Niklaus and I could see the hurt in her eyes.

Rebekah: Ok Lijah, we'll do it for you and only you. Nik, you can go to hell for daggering me. You'll never change. All you care about is yourself.

Me: Well sister, our brother has actually changed. He may not care about many people, but this doppleganger is his one and only friend Rebekah.

Rebekah: He cares for the doppleganger? Well even more of a reason why we have to save her. So, what's the plan?

We went over the plan with our siblings and then went downstairs to meet with the others. We will save you Elena. Even if we die doing it.
