As of right now, we are currently walking in the woods. I don't know why, but he said that he found this special place or something and he wants to show me. I don't fucking know, I wasn't really listening.
"Hello? Maze?" Harry asks me, trying to get my attention. Hm, must have dozed off.
"Hm? Oh, what?" I say, forgetting about the plan again. Fuck me.
"I said, why did you get angry with me when I called you your name?"
Fuck him. Why the fuck did he have to ask me that? I don't want to explain anything to him. So you know what? I won't.
"I don't really want to talk about it." I say through gritted teeth.
"Why?" He asks, seeming interested unlike me.
"I just don't, okay?" I'm losing my temper, surprise surprise.
"But Maze-
"Drop it, Harry" I say, looking dead at him, staring into his eyes and he finally drops it. Fucking thank you.
We continue to walk for the next five minutes until we reach an old looking tree, surrounded by healthy looking, fresh, green grass. It's quite beautiful.
"Well, this is it." Harry says, putting his hands in his pockets.
"It's gorgeous." I say, looking around.
"Wow. Never thought I would hear that word come out of your mouth." He said, chuckling.
"What? Why?" I ask, confused.
"I don't know. You're the 'bad girl'. Gorgeous isn't really a word that would be in their vocabulary." He says, thinking about it.
"Is that what everybody thinks? That I'm the 'bad girl' of the school?" I ask him, wanting to know the answer.
"Yeah, because you are. Maze, everyone is scared of you, the girls I mean. But, there actually might be a couple of guys that are scared of you, I don't know. I thought you would know that you have the reputation of a rebellious teenage girl."
"I know that I have that reputation, but I didn't think that people were actually scared of me. I hate them all, I pay no attention to them whatsoever." It's true, I know that I have the rep of 'the baddie', but people are scared of me?
"Do you not see how people look at you? Terrified? They literally make ways for you when you are walking down the halls. Some girls are even jealous of you." He chuckles, while continuing, "I watch some of them, and they just hold death glares at you, thinking that you notice, when you obviously don't. Girls want to be you, Maze. Whether they are scared or not, they wish they had your boldness, your confidence that you carry around so bluntly. They wish that they were you. And, to be completely honest, guys want you too. Obviously they can't resist themselves. Who would?" Harry said to me, staring into my eyes the entire time.
Did he just say he can't resist me either? Or no? I mean he did say "who would?" But does that mean anything?
My plan is starting to fall into place.
"Wow Harry. I had no idea that people thought those things. I don't know what to do with myself now. Stay the school baddie, or switch over to the innocent, shy girl that sits in the back of the class hoping to get noticed?" I say sarcastically. He laughs with me, and we just stare at each other.
"You know, Maze. You aren't so bad after all." Harry says, smirking.
"I don't know if I can say the same thing, Harold." I say to him, laughing.
"Did you just call me, Harold?" He says, with a shocked but amused facial expression.
"Yeah, I did. What ya gonna do about it....Harold?" I say, smiling evilly at him.
