Kyle's POV
Let me get this fucking straight. The bean and bath gang, the five dudes Brielle and I barged in on, were One Direction.
Everything was beginning to make sense. That explained why the curly haired dude thought that we were fans that had broken in yesterday. Their fan base consisted of mainly teenage girls, like us. So to them, of course it would we were fans; especially since we were running from a security guard.
Well damn. I honestly did not see that one coming.
Wait, hold the freaking phone!
We were going on tour with One Direction. Oh my god! OH MY GOD! That is fantastic!
I was never really a huge fan of them growing up, I mean they had been around since I was ten, but I had heard a few of their songs and I found them to be quite catchy.
This was a huge deal though! I mean touring the world with the biggest music act of all time! That was such an honor. I needed to thank Simon later.
I craned my neck and looked at Brielle, who I think just pieced together what was going on. She turned to me with a smirk plastered on her nude lips.
This was going to be an interesting press conference.
I must have been pretty deep in my pool of thoughts because I didn't even know that I was supposed to be speaking until Maddie nudged my ribs; quite harshly might I add. I jumped up a few inches, startled, before I managed to pull out a coherent sentence.
"Uh, what?"
Okay, so maybe it wasn't an actual sentence, but hey, I didn't even know what was going on at the moment.
I could hear some of the press chuckling, along with the other girls and the guys. I felt my cheeks burn up in embarrassment as I looked shyly down at the table.
"They want to know what you think about the tour," Maddie whispered in in my ear, the amusement clearly evident in her voice. I turned to my right and gave her an appreciative smile before speaking into my little microphone.
"Oh, um yeah. I think that it's freaking awesome that we are going on tour with these guys. I mean it's every teenage girl's dream right?" I shrugged my shoulders nonchalantly, everyone in the room laughed.
"Ha, no but seriously, it's fantastic that we are given this opportunity. Not a lot of new artists can say that their first major tour was a worldwide stadium tour, I mean that is huge! Never in a million years did I think that we would get this chance." I smiled sweetly.
"AWWW!" One of the guys spoke into their mic. I'm pretty sure it was the one with the short brown hair. Everybody chuckled again, this time a little louder.
Tess quickly picked a different reporter who had their hand raised.
"Um hi! I'm Cassie and I have a question," a different reporter said as they rose from their seats.
Well duh, why else would you be here?
"Ok." Tess said warmly, as she was known as the nice one of the group.
"So, I would like to know if you guys have ever met each other before or is this the first time?" Cassie quoted, reading off of a piece of paper.
I looked to Brielle, who was looking at me as well. She had a wide grin on. Her face, one that implies that laughter is sure to follow.
"Um..." The curly haired guy said. He looked to anyone for help, but nobody said a word. After a few moments of silence, Elle had finally cracked and giggles escaped her mouth. I couldn't help it and I started laughing along with her, so hard that my hat fell off. As I leaned down to retrieve it from the floor, I cleared my throat as I wiped a stray tear from my eye.
