"WAKE UP!!" my stepmom yelled as loud as she could at 5 in the morning, like she always did. I rolled out of bed and then started my work for the day. Make breakfast, clean clothes, make beds, and then eat.

At the breakfast table, they were having a conversation about the football game. As I was doing some work, I eavesdropped a little.

"Remember the people that won the raffle? They ran out!" Jackie said.

"Yeah, how dumb?" Sammy added.

"Didn't that girl look like Crystal?" Jackie noted.

"Yeah, kinda, but that couldn't of been her," Sammy told Jackie. "The girl had a Steelers shirt on."

"Yeah but the lady next to her looked like Grandma."

"No. Not really."

"Yeah too!"

"Uh-uhhhhhhh!"

I got them into a fight, again. I walked away, not wanting to hear them fight.

I don't want them to find out that I won the raffle.

As I was cleaning of the table, my stepsisters were still fighting. Now they were fighting about who will ask me about the raffle. I got nervous and tried to get away from them. Soon enough, they walked up to me and hesitated to ask me the question.

"Did, uh, you go to the super bowl?" Sammy asked.

"Um, what she said," Jackie added.

"Nooooooo, obviously not.."

"Oh ok then.." Sammy told me nervously and then whispered to Jackie," What do we do now?"

"Let me handle this," Jackie answered back.

"Crystal, we know your lying. Tell us the truth or we are gonna tell mom."

Yeah like that got me to say it. My step mom is already mad at me so I'll just lie anyway.

"I didn't go! I wanted to go but I decided not to."

"Oh ok then." Sammy told me and then whispered to Jackie," Lets go...."

They walked away and went over to Grandma. Please grandma, don't give me away!!

"No girls, we didn't go!!" That was Grandma. The grandma that always stands up for me. I love you. It will be fine.As we ran into the house, I turned on all of the lights and and put on my apron. Grandma sat down on the couch to watch the rest of the game. I immediately started working on cleaning the floors.
