Here's an early update for you guys! Hope you enjoy!
My breathing was heavy as I tried to breathe through the thick bag they put over my head.
I heard footsteps approaching and suddenly I was back to when I was first kidnapped.
"Hello?" I called out but it was muffled due to the bag.
The bag was ripped off my head and I blinked rapidly, forcing my eyes to adjust to the bright lights.
I looked at the person in front of me.
"Good, you're awake." Logan stated as he stared at me coldly.
I rolled my eyes at him and pulled at the ropes that bound my wrists together in my lap.
"Was this really necessary?" I asked, holding my wrists up in his face.
He nodded stiffly. "Didn't want you to try and run away." He said as he leaned forward and un-tied them.
I rolled my eyes so far to the back of my head that I saw my brain. "Yeah, like I was going to make it that far." I snapped sarcastically.
He threw my hands back into my lap. "If you're going to have an attitude, then you can help yourself." He snapped and stood up.
"Wait!" I called out as he turned his back to me. I was still injured and I couldn't do it myself. "I'm sorry for the attitude." I said softly. "Will you please help me?" I asked sweetly, even though I wanted to murder him with my bare hands.
He turned around with a sick smirk on his face. "Since you asked so nicely." He bent down and un-tied the rest of the ropes that held me in place.
He took the rope off my waist and I felt the burning pain in my side intensify from before, but I didn't want to tell him that. I winced when his hands brushed against it.
He looked up and I quickly masked the pain with a blank expression.
He sighed and lifted up the side of my shirt, exposing the wound.
I looked down and saw the cut was red and oozing something yellow, the skin around it was a purple-ish color.
He inhaled heavily at the sight and shook his head before releasing his grip on my shirt. "It's infected." He said before he stood up.
I watched him carefully as he leaned down and picked me up bridal style in his arms.
He walked out of the room and brought us to a clean room. I looked around and saw pictures of a little boy with a woman and man standing behind him. Though, both the woman and man's faces were blacked out in all the pictures.
The room was grey, white and had black accents. It smelled good too, like lavender. I glanced up at his face as he walked us into the bathroom.
I was so close to him, I could smell his aftershave and his minty breath.
