Tony's Point of View.
No. I was so close, I almost had her. I watched as Natalya's body disappeared into the flames, my heart ached and I felt a tear roll down my cheek. Anger began to flood through me. I was gonna kill him. I headed back down towards the runway, glancing back down at where Nat had just fallen, my eyes then turned back towards Killian, a glare firm on my face.
"Shame, I would've caught her."Killian called out to me. I began storming over to him, he ran at me too. As he jumped up, I slid down underneath him, and stepped into the suit I'd summonded before turning to him and we began to fight. For a little while he had the upperhand but I kept fighting. Not for me, but for her. Our fight went on for a while, and even Mark 42 returned. Unfortunately it made a literal crash landing.
"Whatever." I scoffed.
"You really didn't deserve her Tony." Killian spoke as I stood up. "It was a pity, I was so close to having her perfect." He continued. He jumped down next to me, and I jumped back.
"Wait, wait, slow down, you're right, I didn't deserve her." I lied, trying to distract him. "Here's where your wrong, she was already perfect." I told him. I then jumped back into a defensive stand be for gesturing for mark 42 to lock onto Killian. The suit incased Killian and pinned him to the wall. "Jarvis, do me a favour and blow up Mark 42." I ordered.
"No-" Killian screamed out, the Mark 42 helmet cutting him off, I jumped out the way, and slid down the ledge as my suit blew up. I jumped into another suit as I descended. The platform began to break, and I, not so gracefully, made my way to the floor. I lay on the floor, shielding my face from the falling debris, before sitting up and watching as the Mark 42 helmet fell to the floor. It became shrouded in flames, and the face plate fell off. I finally thought I was done with this awful night but a groan from the flames caught my attention and I watched in dread as Killian rose from them.
"No more false faces." He spoke, walking towards me, I tried to pull myself away. "You wanted the Mandarin, you're looking right at him, It was always me Tony, Right from the start." Killian spoke, glring down at me. "I am the Mandarin!" He yelled. Suddenly, something smacked into Killian, sending him flying. I turned, standing there was Natalya, her eyes were glowing, her whole body was, she looked Pissed.
"I got nothing." I spoke, she smirked a little. Suddenly, one of my suits flew in, heading straight for Nat. "Jarvis, subject at my 12 o'clock is not a target, do not engage." I called out to Jarvis, tapping for my earpiece but it was not there, I looked down at the floor to se it there.
Natalya's Point of View.
I dodged the shot of the suit, turning and glaring at Tony, glancing down at his raised knee, I began running at him.
"What, are you mad at me?" Tony gasped as I charged at him, I jumped up, using Tony's knee to boost myself up, punching my fist through the suit and pounding it into the ground, shooting my head up at Tony who looked at me in shock. I then forced my hand into the arm of the suit, and swung round, punching the screaming Killian in the face before kicking a torpedo at him and firing at it with the arm, blowing up Killian and hopefully killing him for good. I stared at the explosion, before Tony's voice pulled my attention away.
"Honey!" He called. I turned to him.
"Oh my god, I'm so strong." I gasped.
"You scrared the devil outta me, I thought you were..."
"I was dead." I cut him off. "Why? Because I fell 200 feet?" I asked him, smirking. "Who's the hot mess now?" I added, walking over to him.
"It's still debatable." Tony retorted, making me smile. "Probably tipping your way a little, why don't you dress like this at home? Sports bra, the whole deal?" He asked, I scoffed and shook my head.
"You know, I think I understand why you don't wanna give up the suits." I spoke, looking up a him. "What am I gonna complain about now?" I joked.
"Well it's me, you'll think of something." Tony smiled, reaching out to me.
"No don't touch me, I'll burn you." I gasped stepping back. Tony grabbed my arm.
"No, you're not." He spoke. I looked down at his hand. "Not hot." He confirmed.
"Am I gonna be okay?" I asked.
"No, you're in a relatioinship with me, everything is never going to be okay." He told me, I laughed a little. "But, I think I can figure this out yeah, I almost had this 20 years ago when I was drunk, I think I can get you better." Tony confirmed. "That's what i do, I fix stuff." I smiled up at him.
"All your distractions?" I asked, stepping closer to him.
"Uhh, I'm gonna shave them down a little bit, Jarvis?" He asked into his earpiece, tapping it a little. Jarvis spoke back but I coldn't make it out. "You know what to do." Tony replied to him. Jarvis spoke again. "Screw it, it's Christmas, yes." Tony nodded, stepping closer to me and pulling me into a hug, I hugged back, looking up as the suits began to circle us. One by one they began to explode. I smiled, hugging Tony back tightly. "You okay so far, you like it?" He asked me.
"It'll do." I laughed, he hugged me tighter. "I love you so much." I whispered.
"I love you too, Natalya."
