Tony's Point of View.
"Forty-six." Jarvis said as I shot another Micro-repeater into my arm. I groaned in pain. "Forty-seven." He counted.
"You know who I am. Ow!" I yelped as I shot another Micro-repeater into my arm.
"Sir, please may I request just a few hours to calibrate..."
"No." I cut off Jarvis as I shot another one in my arm. I yelled out in pain.
"Forty-eight." Jarvis said.
"Micro-repeater implanting sequence complete." I informed.
"As you wish, sir. I've also prepared a safety briefing for you to entirely ignore." Jarvis said.
"Which I will. All right, let's do this." I said, standing up and walking over to the platform. "DUM-E.Hi, DUM-E. How did you get that cap on your head? You earned it.Hey. Hey! What are you doing out of the corner? You know what you did. Blood on my mat. Handle it." I snapped at my robot arm.
"Sir, may I remind you that you've beenawake for nearly 72 hours?" Jarvis reminded. I ignored him.
"Focus up, ladies. Good evening, and welcome to the birthing suite. I am pleased to announce the imminent arrival of your bouncing, bad-ass baby brother. Start tight and then go wide. Stamp date and time. Mark 42. Autonomousprehensile propulsion suit test. Initialise sequence." I ordered. "Jarvis, drop my needle." Suddenly jingle bells started play. I stared to dance to the beat. One of the suit part flew past my head, crashing into the glass case containing my suits.
"Crap." I cursed. The next part I caught on my hand. It climbed up my arm creating my left arm armour, I then caught my right arm armour.
"All right, I think we got this. Send them all." I ordered Jarvis. The next piece smashed into my crotch causing me to grunt in pain."Probably a little fast.Slow it down. Slow it down just a...little bit." I said. Once I had got all the pieces on, the only bit that was left was my face plate.
"Come on. I ain't scared of you." I said to it. It suddenly flew at me upside down. I jump and flipped, catching the face plate. I landed on the platform. "I'm the best." I smirked before a piece of my suit smashed into me, knocking me to the floor.
"As always, sir, a great pleasure watching you work." Jarvis said, a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
"I guess 72 hours is a long time between siestas." I sighed. I walked upstairs into the living room. I sat on the couch and turned on the TV. The news was on when suddenly the signal cut out and a man appeared on the screen.
"Some peoplecall me a terrorist. I consider myself a teacher. America. Ready for another lesson? In 1864, in Sand Creek, Colorado, the US military waited until the friendly Cheyenne braves had all gone hunting. Waited to attack and slaughter the families left behindand claim their land. 39 hours ago,the Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwaitwas attacked. I... I... I did that. A quaint military churchfilled with wives and children, of course. The soldiers were out on manoeuvres. The braves were away. President Ellis. You continue to resist my attempts to educate you, sir. And now you've missed me again." The man explained. "You know who I am.You don't know where I am. And you'll never see me coming." He finished. I sighed.

"It tested well with focus groups, all right?" Rhodey defended. I was now sat in a small restaurant with James talking about the Iron Patriot.
"I am Iron Patriot!" I mocked in a deep voice. "It sucks." I scoffed.
"Listen. 'War Machine' was a little too aggressive. All right? This sends a better message." Rhodey explained.
"So, what's really going on? With the Mandarin. Seriously, can we talk about this guy?" I asked.
"It's classified information, Tony." Rhodey said. I glared at him. "Okay, there have been nine bombings."
"Nine." The public only knows about three. But here's the thing, nobody can ID a device. There's no bomb casings." Rhodey explained.
"You know I can help. Just ask. I got a ton of new tech. I got a prehensile suit. I got bomb disposal. It catches explosions in mid-air." I stammered.
"When's the last time you got a good night's sleep?" Rhodey then asked, changing the subject.
"Einstein slept three hours a year. Look what he did." I retorted.
"People are concerned about you, Tony. I'm concerned about you." Rhodey sighed.
"You're going to come at me like that?" I asked.
"No, look, I'm not trying to be a dick......tator." Rhodey quickly saved himself when two children approached us.
"Do you mind signing my drawing?" The little girl asked.
"If Richard doesn't mind. Are you all right with this, Dick?" I smirked causing Rhodey to chuckle.
"Yeah. Fine with me." Rhodey said.
"What's your name?" I asked the little girl.
"Erin." The girl smiled.
"I loved you in A Christmas Story, by the way." I said to the little boy.
"Listen, the Pentagon is scared. After New York, aliens..." Rhodey started to ramble on. Suddenly my breathing became more rapid and my palms started to sweat. I took a sharp intake of breath.
"Are you okay?" Rhodey asked.
"I broke the crayon." I mumbled.
"Are you okay, Mr Stark?" Erin asked.
"Take it easy. Tony." Rhodey snapped.
"How did you get out of the wormhole?" The little boy asked. I gasped before shooting out of my seat. I rushed out of the restaurant, ignoring the protests coming from Rhodey. I pushed through the crowd of people. And went straight over to my suit.
"Okay. Check the heart. Is it the brain?" I stuttered.
"No sign of cardiac anomalyor unusual brain activity." Jarvis informed.
"Okay, so I was poisoned?" I asked.
"My diagnosis is that you've experienced a severe anxiety attack." Jarvis explained.
"Me?" I exclaimed.
"Come on, man, this isn't a good look. Open up." Rhodey said, banging on the suit.
"Sorry, I gotta split." I said before flying off feeling extremely shocked.
