Tony's Point of View.

I slowly approached the bar. Wrapping my scarf around my neck. It was so cold here in Tennessee. I was nearly there when someone bumped my shoulder. I mumbled a quick sorry, when I noticed she'd dropped something. I picked it up, it was a glove. "Lady, this uh.." I started, she turned back to me and took the glove from my hand.

"Thank you." She said, I noticed the scars on her lower cheek.

"Nice haircut, suits you." I blurted.

"Nice watch." She retorted.

"Yeah, limited edition." I told her.

"Oh, I don't doubt it." She smirked. I peered at her before nodding. "Well have a good evening." I nodded, as she turned and walked away. I stared after her, adjusting my cap, before turning and entering the bar. Like the kid said, Ms. Davis was sat at the corner table, on her own. She looked like she was waiting for someone. I walked through the bar, looking round at the different people before heading over to the bar. I ordered a drink before walking over to Ms. Davis.

"Ms. Davis, mind if I join you?" I asked, the middle aged woman looked up from her whiskey glass, sending me a slight glare, before sitting back in her chair.

"Free country." She mumbled, taking a sip from her drink.

"It sure is." I agreed before sitting down in the seat across from her. The woman peered at me before speaking.

"Alright, where'd you like to start?" She asked.

"I just want to say I'm sorry about your loss." I told her sincerely as I took off my cap. "And I want to know what you think happened?" I asked. The woman looked down slightly before grabbing a small stack of papers and pushing it over to me.

"I brought your damn file, you take it and go." She snapped. I opened the file as she spoke again. "Whatever was in here, he wanted no part of it." She sighed.

"Clearly, you were waiting for someone else." I told the woman. "You supposed to meet somebody here?" I asked.

"Yeah." She replied. I continued to read the file, looking through at the familiar names on the recruitment lists.

"Ms. Davis, your son didn't kill himself; I guarantee you he didn't kill anyone. Someone used him." I explained to the woman, who looked confused and slightly scared.
