"What the hell is wrong with you?", Aiden yells at her. Asia is crying. "I'm sorry I'll do better, I just had something to do. I didn't mean to miss your game, I'm so sorry." Asia is crying even harder now. "Always with excuses." Asia wakes up shaking and ready to burst to tears and she clenches herself together. "It was just a bad dream." Asia checks her phone and realize it's 4am. "Shit! Why can't I just forget him?!" Asia thinks to herself right before trying to go back to sleep.

It's Asia's first day of her junior year in high school. Asia moved away because her mom had just got a new job, she finally got away from Aiden. Asia broke up with him two days before she left. Asia couldn't handle the abuse. It got so out of hand he almost broke her nose. He was pretty popular and one of the most talented players, but aside from that he's a dreadful person.

Asia keeps tossing and turning because she was reliving a flashback that had replayed from when she was 15 when they got together. She hopes to never see his face again. He did so many things to hurt her that she just couldn't take it much longer. Thoughts went through her mind that there's no hope and she was never getting out of this until her mom found a well paying job in Tokyo. Her heart felt so relieved she would be getting outta this. Once she told him he punched her so hard he almost broke her nose. "How could you leave me?" he screams at Asia. "It wasn't my choice." Asia says as she gets backed up into a wall. She had struggled to maintain balance. She managed to stand knowing she might fall, she tried wiping off most of the blood hoping her mom wouldn't notice. She saw her nose and some blood smeared across her upper lip and smeared to the right of her face. She rushes towards Asia and asks what happened. She explains everything and she helps her pack the remainder of her things and load up. "Finally I'm free."

Asia thinks to herself. It's been 2 years since then and those memories will haunt her forever. Asia can't fall asleep so she starts sketching. It's been a hidden talent for a long time. Her sketches are just amazing. When she's bored or can't sleep she just sketches a picture. Asia starts sketching a picture of a sunset. It looked very calm and soothing. She can't stop thinking about it. She noticed her phone begin to go off. It was Emmett; Emmett has been her best friend for about a year now and he lives across the street from her. Asia had a light on so he must've seen it from a distance. He has a feeling she isn't okay so he ends up texting Asia.

Emmett: Hey I know you're not okay it's 4:15 a.m what's wrong?

Emmett: I'm so sorry. I wish I was there to comfort you.

Asia: It's okay my brain just doesn't leave me alone

Emmett: Tomorrow I'll make sure your first day of school is the best.

Asia: Thank you so much Emmett, I really appreciate it!

Emmett: See ya!

Asia: See ya!

Asia puts her phone down and tries to relax her mind. 3 hours pass by and it's 7:15. She started getting ready. She straightened her hair, threw on perfume, and put on a bit of makeup. Asia finishes up and says goodbye to her mom and crosses over to Emmett's house. He comes out from his house. "Hey Asia!" he says excitedly. "Hey!" Asia say's relieved. It's been a while since they hung out.

They started walking to school and started discussing her plans for this year. Asia homeschooled for a bit till she decided she should be social this year. She met Emmett at a cafe and they sparked a conversation together. He was one of the best things that came into her life. He knows everything about her, he is always there for her when she needs him. Asia makes her way and stops at the front entrance. "You okay? Don't be nervous you'll be okay. I promise your day will be amazing." That made her feel better. Asia starts walking through the halls. Everyone is staring at her for some reason. "Did you hear about this new chick?" Some random person starts whispering about her. Asia stops dead in her tracks hearing the worst thing she could've heard.
