Acnologia's Daughter - NaLu

Natsu POV

I pulled her into my arms and felt as she stiffened but then relaxed. I just kept thinking about how nobody had ever apologized to her and how she only talked to Isabelle. That is insane.

She wrapped her arms around my waist and started silently crying. Her body was shaking violently and I could hear her soft sniffles. We sat there for a few minutes and I was getting slightly uncomfortable so I leaned back on the couch. When I felt her move, I thought she was going to get up and back away from me but she surprised me and repositioned herself in a more comfortable spot. I was really happy when she did that because I didn't want to stop her, she was warm and the sound of her heartbeat was calming.

Damn... am I falling for her?

Lucy Pov

I was surprised when I found myself crying into his chest. I never cried in front of anyone because I always viewed it as a sign of weakness, and I was not weak. He leaned back so it was more comfortable for both of us and I was pondering whether or not I should stay in his arms. I decided to stay there because it was a comforting feeling that I haven't had since Acnologia left me. I moved a little bit to get comfortable and just focused on the sound of his breathing and heartbeat. Slowly, the sound lulled me to sleep and I slipped into the world of dreams.

~The next morning~

Izzy POV

I woke up around 7 in the morning and looked around for Lucy but didn't see her in her bed. I got worried and looked throughout our apartment to see if she was there and saw the cutest thing.

I saw Lucy and Natsu snuggling on the couch so I decided to use the communication lacrima and call Mira. Mira is the one person, other than Natsu and the Exceeds, who I was allowed to talk to unless she needed me to speak for her. We've grown pretty close ever since the accident and she talked to me about her ships; I knew that NaLu was one of them so I called her and told her about it. She squealed so loud I thought that they would wake up but luckily they didn't. After the call with Mira, I grabbed a camera and took a bunch of photos of them to add to Mira and mine's NaLu scrapbook.

I wish they would get together already.

Sorry, my little cubs that it took me so long to update. :( It's just because of school but also I'm just losing inspiration for this book. I'm thinking of writing another one but I'm not sure.
