We pile into a black car and I end up sitting on C.C.'s lap. I look up at him and we both laugh quietly.
"Oooh!" Someone says but I can't tell because the car is so dimly lit.
"Hey!" C.C. says and hits someone's arm. I think it was Ashley's.
"You kids keep it down back there." Jinxx says sternly and we all burst out laughing.
"But how come C.C. gets to hold her?" Ashley whines childishly.
"You can hold her on the way back. if you don't mind Alex." Jinxx replies. I laugh and blush a little but the darkness hides it. Then we all sit in silence for most of the journey before Jinxx says, "We don't want you to piss them off but just sit out and wait for them, okay?"
"Yeah, alright." I say quietly.
"Don't worry. It's gonna be fine. We'll be waiting for you." Jake says smiling a little and puts a hand on my shoulder. I smile back. Well this has been one hell of a night. I mean, I'm supposed to be dead. I shudder and push the thought to the back of my head. Well I met my heroes today so that's good I guess... Later a cold rectangular object is passed to me and I soon realise it's Jinxx's phone.
"Oh, thanks Jinxx." I say holding it in both hands. The car slows to a stop and the five of them look at me.
"You okay?" Andy asks, a concerned look on his face. I nod at get out the car. It's about 11:30 and the street lights are really bright. (but I have been in a dark car with tinted windows and five men covered in black) I walk up to the front door and take the key out from under the doormat, put it in the lock and open the door.
