Mallory POV

I sit up in bed recalling last night's memories. Well actually I'm not sure it was memories, it all felt like a dream. I look at the clock seeing that if I don't get up now I'll be late for school. I hustle to get ready and everything together. I look at my clock to see just enough time to walk to school.

Once I walk in the doors the bell rings. " Shit" I whisper under my breath. I run through the hall hoping to get to class before the final bell rings. As soon as I open the door and set a foot in the classroom, the bell rings. I quickly walk to my seat so I don't upset the teacher.

" How's my beautiful girlfriend?" Wyatt whispered in my ear.

" Oh thank god, it wasn't a dream." I say relieved. Wyatt chuckles at me.

" No, it wasn't a dream." He said holding on to my hand. Then the rest of day was basically the same, I sadly had to leave Wyatt for the rest of the day. But at the end of the day instead of going home, I decided to sit in the gym.

When I got there, no one was there. It was perfect silence. But then cheerleaders came in. They were so loud and peppy, it was disgusting. I don't think they noticed me so I just laid at the top bleacher thinking of what the gang was doing back in Auradon. Likely just going to school and doing nothing. I then feel a new presence in the gym.

I look up and see the wolves sitting on the bleachers. I smile and move down to sit with Wyatt. " So, what are you doing here?" I ask.

" Looking for the Great Alpha." He says.

" Fill me in." I request.

" The Great Alpha is supposed to lead to where the moonstone is hidden." he says.

" Yeah, and we think it is either you or Addison." Wynter says. Willa then smacks her in the shoulder telling her shut up. I lean back on to the next row up resting on my elbows.

" I've been told crazier things" I say. " I've been told since I'm half Maleficent, I could turn into a dragon. That was the most ridiculous thing I heard." I chuckle at the memory.

" You have an interesting life." Wynter says.

" Yeah. It's strange." I joke, we all share a laugh. Addison then came running into the room blowing the whistle. She catches mine and wolves attention.

" I am so fired up to be running cheer practice. Together we can do anything." Addison says. Bree then awkward points to me and the wolves catching Addison attention. She turns to us confused. " Sorry, but this practice space is for cheerleaders only." She says to us confidently. I scoff at her attitude.

" Ha! Just try and get us to leave." Wynter said standing up. Wyatt then stops her making anymore moves.

" Wynter, some respect." He says putting a hand on her shoulder.

" No, I don't want you to leave. I want you to stay. Show us what you can do." Addison challenges. The wolves look at each other confused. " The cheer team is for everyone."

The wolves then joined her. I started to leave the room hoping to avoid getting pulled into cheerleading. I was reaching for the door handle Addison called out to me. " Mallory. Where are you going?"

" I was so close to leaving." I say turning around. " Yes?"

" Do you wanna join?" She asks.

" I'm good, I leave the cheerleading to the pretty pink princesses." I say in a girly voice. the wolves laugh at my sarcasm. " I'm more of a tourney girl."

" Tourney?" Bree asks confused.

" It's a cross between lacrosse, hurling, soccer, and football. A Auradon sport. I basically do everything else but cheerleading." I say I was backing away to leave the room.
