Chapter 6

I can't still process it that he's inviting me for a dinner!

Hinatid niya ako sa office kanina , he even insisted to get off the car but I told him he doesn't have to.

Jia even teased me earlier bakit wala na daw akong bulaklak sa lamesa.

Nothing happened that day so I went to tha mansion to visit my parents.

Nang makauwi ay naabutan ko silang kumakain.

They were shocked when they saw me.
Mom immediately went to me to give me a tight hug.

" I miss you , dear. " she whispered.

" I miss you too , mom. "

I went to dad and gave him a hug.

" Come on let's eat. " he said.

I sit in front of them , they were watching me.

I laughed. " Why? "

" Wala ka paring boyfriend? Ang tanda tanda mo na. " daddy said that made me stop.

Boyfriend.

I shook my head avoiding the topic. Hindi ko siya pwedeng ilegal. We're just pretending.

" You should get a boyfriend. You need someone to take good care of you. " mommy obviously teasing me.

I roll my eyes. " Stop it , you just want to have a grandchild just tell ate to make one. " I said that made them laugh.

Our dinner was filled with laughters because they're obviously teasing me.
I decided to sleep here since it's late already.

When I check my room nothing changed. It is still clean though since we have helpers to like wipe the dust. I cleaned my room though before leaving. I did my night routine luckily I still have my sets of skin care routine here.

Before I sleep I called my sister through video call. Gladly she answered it immediately.

" Hello! How are you! "

' Hi! I'm good , ikaw wala pariny bf? '

" Stop it! Nasa bahay ako ngayon and kumakain kami ng dinner kanina that was also our topic! " reklamo ko.

Tumawa siya ng pagkalakas lakas.

She won't just stop teasing me about it so I just bid a goodbye before sleeping.

The next day I went to work and I go home early to prepare for our date.
I ended up wearing a pink lace off shoulder dress and a pink block heels.

Bumaba ako para antayin si Zhyken sa baba. Pero saktong pagbaba ko ay ang pagdating ng sasakyan ni Zhy. I smiled and went inside the shotgun's seat.

I look at him and saw him looking at my outfit. I put on my seatbelt before looking at his outfit too. He's wearing a pair of black ripped jeans and a gray shirt.

" Saan tayo? " I asked.

" Secret. "

Umiling nalang ako atsaka pinanood ang tanawin sa labas. Nang huminto ang sasakyan sa isang mamahaling restaurant ay tsaka ako kumilos. Binuksan ko ang pintuan ng sasakyan niya bago bumaba.

He held on my waist before guding me in. That's his favorite move , I noticed.
Pagkapasok palang namin ay nakita ko si Ayesha na may kinaka-date na lalaki! Napangiwi ako ng makitang bago nanaman. Kinabahan ako na baka makita niya ako. Akmang magtatago ako ng magtama ang mata namin. Her eyes widened. Muntik na siyang tumayo pero ng makita ang kasama ko ay umupo ulit siya. She stole a picture of us before winking playfully on me.

May kausap na waiter si Zhyken so I checked my phone baka may katarantaduhan nanamang pinagagawa 'tong si Ayesha at tama nga ako! She send a picture of me and Zhyken while Zhyken's hand is on my waist.

Natampal ko ang noo ko dahilan ng pagbaling saakin ni Zhyken. Ngumiti ako atsaka tinago ang cellphone ko.

" This way sir " the waiter said.

Sumunod ako sakanila.
When we reached a table I saw a bouquet of roses on top of it. Kinuha iyon ni Zhyken atsaka inabot saakin.

" Thank you. " he smiled and he kissed my cheek making me blush.

We ordered food , while waiting for the food he was staring at me.

" You're beautiful. "

" Everyone is beautiful. " I smiled making him smirk.

When our ordered arrive we started eating.

" Where is your office located? " I asked out of nowhere.

He's smiling playfully again before telling me the building where he works.

" It's your family's company? " I asked.

" Yes. "

" May mga kapatid ka ba? Or you're the eldest? "

" I have a little sister. Her name is Zhyra ma-attitude din kagaya mo. " pang a-asar niya.

" I want to meet her. " I said.

" Yeah , you'll met her soon. "

My brows furrowed but I just continue eating.

When we finished eating we rest our tummies for a while before going home.

When I opened my door I almost yelled when I saw my friends on my living room sitting with a can of beers infront of 'em.

" Seriously? What now? " pagtataray ko.

" Magkwe-kwento ka. " Ayesha said and he tapped the space infront of them.

Wala akong nagawa kundi umupo atsaka kumuha ng beer.

" Mali 'yung akala niyo. " I said making them stop.

" Ha!? Paanong mali e nakahawak siya sa bewang mo!? " Ayesha even pointed mt waist.

" We're just acting to make our exes jealous. Leia is his ex and Leia cheated with Ion so , yeah. "

" Wtf!? " si Zia

Umiling si Aira atsaka ngumisi. " This is a trap , believe me. Si Zhyken pa. "

I didn't get what she said but I saw how my friends smirk.

Pinag kwento nila ako kung pano nangyari so I tell them the whole details.

" Trap to promise! " si Aira nanaman.

" Ano bang trap 'yun!? " reklamo ko

" Put your hand in mine!" pagkanta ni Ayesha dahilan ng pagtawa ng mga kaibigan ko atsaka nila sinabayan.

Umiling nalang ako atsaka hinilot ang sentido. They're stressing me out.

Nagtagal pa sila saglit bago na napagpasiyahang umuwi. Tinapik nila ang balikat ko pero lumingon pa saakin si Ayesha bago ako niyakap.

" This is a trap. I would love to see you walking down the aisle and him waiting for you in the altar. He suits you. " she meaningfully said that I didn't get.
