Which story has the most influence on your writing career?

I enjoy writing even before I discovered Wattpad, but I never posted any stories at first. What influenced me to write my first book, Rejected Human Or So I Thought, is due to reading Werewolves stories.

I'm not a fan of the genre. At all. But, I was inspired by #rejectedmate related books in Wattpad. I am naturally and unconsciously attracted to strong women's story. Be it movies (Beauty and The Beast and Ocean Eight for example), arts, etc. Then, as I read these books, I ended up writing the book.

Though, I stopped due to personal and time problem. Now, I took Rejected Human down to edit. I am not satisfied with the grammar and structure. Just for now.

Please describe the challenges you face as a writer.

Time. Honestly, I hope that I can finally re-start so I decided to just write short stories like Only In Darkness. Then, I'd slowly prolong them to new stories.

Alas, I'm still trying to find time and determine a way to continue writing. Since I tend to transfer due to unexpected problems, it has also affected my writing. For example, I'd find myself at a place with no internet connection or I'd suddenly have to focus on life issues.

I won't give up though. I really love writing so no amount of challenges should stop me from pursuing it. Nothing should matter when it comes to one's goal— not even thoughts of impossibility.

What did you reflect with your entry that you want your readers to feel?

Lol. I'm really not into romance even if I am trying to write romance genre now. My first story didn't focus on that but I talked to people about their life. I learn to put myself in their shoes and, suddenly, I find myself being inspired to write.

This entry started out from my friend who had an issue that month. Then, I realized that most stories on LGBT would mostly point out that there has been changes which goes against Andrian's dialogue. Yes, there has been changes, but some are still hiding theirs for that reason which is to avoid losing what they're trying to fight— love for another. And, I want to paint that image.

At the same, I want to point out issues like homophobes, racism, sexism, etc. have the same point— they hate and can't respect what they don't understand or have.

Andrian hated hunters and wasted his life over them; hunters hated vampires and killed lives. Hate born will repeat an unending cycle. This has NOT changed.

We need to learn to leave a future for the next generation instead of focusing on that hate. Maybe, then, the wheel of hate will vanish and a new norm of understanding can establish.

We will always fight for our own justice and freedom, but don't forget to let the future be built. And, the future that we all want is not from hate.

If you have a chance to be a supernatural creature, what would you be and why?

Never thought of that but I want to be a Phoenix. To rise over and over; to soar brightly against the sun, I admire that supernatural creature. It looks fragile and temporary but dignifying and awe-inspiring.
