[Third Person POV]

Following the events of Hinata Shouyo's death, his husband, Miya Atsumu was certainly in pain.
The first few months, he would break down every single day.
Crying, wailing and sometimes drinking.

But he realised that it was all meaningless, nothing he did would bring his beloved back.
He visited his grave everyday, telling him stories and jokes.
He continued playing volleyball competitively and even made it to the Olympics, representing Japan.

At the age of 23, 5 years after Shouyo's passing, he adopted a baby girl and named her Miya Himawari. (ひまわり, meaning Sunflower)

She grew up to have the same energetic and cheerful nature as Shouyo.
With beautiful blonde hair and hazel eyes, a short small frame, she was certainly a beauty.

Atsumu retired when he was 45, he became a coach instead.
He went on to become one of the most famous and talented coach, his name was very prominent in the volleyball world.

He passed away peacefully while sleeping in the comfort of his home at the ripe age of 87.

Kenma Kozume, one of Shouyo's best friends, was truly in grief as well.
He sought after money in order to open up various charities and sponsorship programs, to ensure no other would have their life cut short like this.

He searched for new talents that attracted him and would sponsor them in their careers.

Kageyama Tobio, though he cut off romantic feelings for Shouyo, he was still his best friend.
His first partner, the first person to ever put in so much trust for him.
He was truly precious to him.
He strived for success in volleyball and dedicated all his victories to Shouyo.

Shouyo's past teammates would gather each year on his birthday to celebrate it for him.

The world now recognised Kourai Hoshiumi as the Little Giant, though to everyone who has met and knew Shouyo, he was the only Little Giant ever.
Hoshiumi himself thinks Shouyo deserves the title.

And as they say, legends never die.
Somewhere out there, he was still alive.
