Bracelets [2/2]

Welp- lookie here. An update. YAY! I decided to finally work on bracelets part 2 cause yee. Anyways I had this a bit on pause so sorry if it seems a bit iffy at parts. :'3 anyways, hope ya'll enjoy reading!

Skeppy and Zelk looked at each other with confusion. Why was Mega contacting Skeppy... especially now?

Hey was all that the message read. Skeppy was worried about it only reading a single word

He sighed and quickly texted back, Hey, Megs. Uh... it's been a while?

There was a quick response, Yeah. I'm sorry for that... hey you know that old park we used to go to when we were kids?

Skeppy looked at the message intrigued, Yeah, why?

Another quick response, I'm there right now. We can talk if you want. Skeppy grinned excitedly and looked at Zelk who was reading the messages as well. Zelk had more of a serious expression than himself.

Yeah, I'll be there soon. I'll have a surprise with me too! Skeppy texted before grabbing Zelk and starting to sprint out. "You're the surprise!"

Skeppy spotted him quickly. He recognized the hypopigmentation boy. He had brown messy hair and dark brown eyes. He used to wear a light blue scarf when he had been younger but he now wore a green one, Skeppy guessed he had grown out of the other one. He also wore a blue multi striped hoodie, black pants, and green sneakers.

"Spotted him," Skeppy said, pointing to the younger. Zelk looked, almost inspecting the other, before nodding in agreement.

Skeppy sprinted over with a grin, "Hey, Mega!" The younger looked at him surprised but then sighed. He saw the younger pull out his phone and open an app.

"Hello, Skeppy." Ah, one of those apps. Skeppy guessed he grew out of using notebooks.

"It's been a while," Skeppy said before grinning, "Oh, hey, look who I brought!" He then signaled Zelk to come over, who had been just standing around. The other noticed and came over, waving a little to the younger who blinked in surprise.

Zelk sighed a bit and greeted, "Hey Mega. How's it been?"

Mega typed something on his phone's app. Zelk looked at the bracelet and frowned, no new changes. It only had the rose charm... making it plain almost in comparison to his and Skeppy's own. He could still remember what he was thinking when he made their charms.

Zelk was really focused. He had been thinking of the charms for him and his friends. They were being made with wood, paint, and other things his dad had given him. Of course his dad would help out since he didn't know how to do a lot of this stuff by himself, he was still a kid after all.

"Ok, so you said I should have a quill?" Zelk asked, looking at his own bracelet that would soon be given a charm.

His dad nodded, "Yeah, you always seem to be correcting your friends, and just random people too sometimes, on their spelling. You also love haikus and...also correcting people on them. I honestly don't fully get why you correct people so much."

"Because if they don't see the mistakes, they can never learn," Zelk stated, before looking at Skeppy's bracelet. He then snapped his fingers, "Skeppy should have a diamond charm. He adores those things, says they make you powerful or whatever." His dad nodded in reply.

"And Mega? Your mute friend?" His dad asked.

"Oh, the uncute mute?" Zelk questioned. He thought for a bit and said, "Oh uh, hmm.." he thought about it then grinned, "A rose! He's said before that it's his favorite flower."

Zelk's dad nodded, "Alright. We have all three charms!"

Zelk nodded excitedly, "Yeah!"

"They're all perfect!"

"It's been...alright," Mega's app said for him, snapping Zelk out of his thoughts. He then nodded, remembering what he had asked the mute.

"That's good," Zelk murmured, looking down at the ground. He was still curious with what happened with Mega. And a little mad. Of course, he was mad at himself as well, yet Mega told Skeppy he couldn't ever talk to him again... yet here he is.

"So... why're you back?" Zelk asked, glaring a little.

"I got out of a toxic relationship," Mega's robotic voice answered for him. It made Zelk and Skeppy look at him with worry, "I wasn't in any danger, at least physically. I just... couldn't talk with friends much. Made sure certain ones I never see often got cut off."

Skeppy quickly hugged Mega tightly before saying, "Glad you're alright now, Megs." Mega smiled softly, Zelk could see even with the scarf covering it a bit.

Zelk just walked over and said, "Hey, maybe we could introduce you to some of our friends. It'll be cool."

Mega nodded in agreement with Skeppy getting really excited, "Oh yeah! Here, let me see if any of mine are free. Let's see..." Skeppy quickly sprinted over, Zelk guessed he was probably contacting some of their group 'the iDots'.

Zelk chuckled a little then turned to look at Mega. "So, you staying as well?"

Mega nodded and his app spoke, "Yeah. Has he gotten more energetic?"

Zelk nodded, "Yup. I'm pretty sure a part of him has de-aged somehow."

"Joy." The two laughed, though one more silent then the other. Zelk and Mega followed Skeppy, who, as Zelk guessed, was contacting the 'iDots'. Zelk explained the group to Mega, checking off who he could hear was coming.

'Definitely going to help make Mega new charms,' Zelk thought as Mega listened intently. This was going to be a very interesting chaotic meeting... but Zelk wouldn't have it any other way... ok maybe sometimes it was too much but he liked the path he was going on.

I'm pretty sure I've said it a few times but I'll say it a few more times... I am terrible at ending shtuff. I also feel like I rushed it at points... im sorry.

Anyways... it's like... 9:34 pm?? Yeah... I should probably try to sleep but I doubt im sleeping for a bit...

Oh well.
