"She did WHAT?!"
James was yelling at Sirius as soon as Sirius showed up beside me on the train with obvious injuries. This lead me to tell James and Remus exactly what happened while we were home.
Now I was watching as James was yelling in the compartment with Remus attempting to calm the situation. "James, could you be any louder? I don't think they heard you all the way at the bloody platform!"
Sirius chuckled, probably in an attempt to lighten the mood, but it only upset James further. If he kept it up, Narcissa would surely hear him and tell our parents. "James please, if Narcissa hears you, she'll tell our parents. It'll only make things worse."
The raven haired boy merely glared at me, before reluctantly sitting down next to Remus. Relief washed over me as it became silent in the compartment once again.
Glancing at the sandy haired boy in front of me, I noticed a few more scars on his face. Not wanting to make him uncomfortable, I decided to leave it be and ask him about it later.
After returning to Hogwarts, eating dinner and heading back to the common room, I decided to try and converse with Remus. So before he could walk up the stairs to the boy's dormitory, I grabbed his wrist and pulled him into a secluded corner.
"What is it Y/N?," he hissed, clearly annoyed at my sudden pestering. He kept looking around like a madman, obviously anxious about something.
"Remus... are you okay?," I asked hesitantly. He looked down at me, looked around the room once more, and then responded. "Yeah, I'm fine."
What a liar. He had the audacity to lie straight to my face as if I was an idiot! So, me being me, grabbed the front of his robes, pulling him down to my level.
"Remus John Lupin, you are a bloody awful liar. Something is bothering you, and it's obvious. Please just talk to me."
He sighed, still hunched over like Mr. Filch and said, "Not now, okay?"
Hi! I'm so sorry this took so long. It's also really short so I apologize again. This really gets hard for me because I'm so busy with school and forget about it.
