“Morning Captain” Renji cheerily greeted in the early warm sunny morning, “Hmph” was Renji’s reply even though he did not visually or verbally display it Captain Byakuya Kuchiki did not like morning’s, be that as it may, he still was punctual, efficient, and completed duties and chores. Slowly walking to his office he looks around the tranquil scenery taking in the beautiful sight and sound, inhaling then sighing, he continued to his medium sized office and carefully settling himself down on his chair and looking at the steaming cup of coffee that was awaiting him. “Captain Kuchiki! They are at it again, will you do something” Toshiro yelled at the top of his voice as Rangiku and Renji were both howling with laughter. Byakuya on the other hand sighed in annoyance to all this noise first thing in the morning. “They who’s they?” Byakuya responded already knowing who it was judging by the look on the other captains face “Daddy… Daddy Uncle snowy was being mean to us again” whined a little girl from the doorway “I see and what did you do and where’s your mother?” He asked his daughter calmly “Well…” came a second voice from behind the girl that was poking her head around the doorway “Mummy is taking a bath, so we came to you and well… we er…” the second voice stopped “Well… what” their father responded “We kind of took a few bits of Uncle snowy’s chair and it kinda fell when he sat on it” the first voice giggled. “Yes and I am not amused… do you know how much paperwork I could’ve had done by now” Toshiro asked in a stern tone, but the two giggled and said in unison “but Uncle we thought we needed to make you smile” Toshiro couldn’t resist the urge to crack a grin at how the pair were so observant and caring at such a young age, even if they were extremely mischievous. “Skye, Sadie please don’t do that next time please, someone could get hurt” Byakuya spoke gently to the twin girls.
